Fire Grill

Regret from the first bite. Burger was tasteless, cheese wasn't melted. Just 2 lower than Kraft single quality slices. Tomato was cut thick on one side and thin on the other causing the whole thing to slide apart when picked up. Fries came straight out of the kitchen soggy. Nothing is fresh. Everything is frozen. After my burger came out I watched the Chef picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot and smoking them. Save your money and probably add years to your life by not eating here. 1 star for the girl at the register who was nice. Her manager and chef are severely letting this place down.

Lady was in agony from pain or something in the drive-thru and got our order wrong. The menu says Swiss cheese in the phillys but it came with a weird cheese sauce, I think, on top that resembled white gravy. I know what wiz is and this is not that. My meat was burnt. Neither of my kids eat mustard, but both hot dogs came with mustard only after I asked for ketchup and mustard on the side for them. Fries were cold. And we sat in the drive-thru for at least 10 min waiting on our food. Waste of 30 bucks honestly.

We saw many mixed reviews about Fire Grill and decided to try it. The place was immaculate. We had kraut dogs ( sauerkraut on hot dog, mustard) and we were even able to ask for them to be cooked well done (charred). The dogs were excellent as was the fries. I would go as far as to say they beat Cook Out (can't get kraut, but you can get awesome chocolate chip shakes) and Sonic (can't get a charred dog, but the cheddar poppers are goodhands down

The food was good! I got the spicy philly and it was like the jalapeños and siracha was sloppily put onto it, so when i picked the sandwich up it fell out of it. Also there was what seemed like an entire onion on it too.The fries were very good with it as well! The service was good, and the atmosphere was empty, but decent overall.

Overall the only good thing was how nice the lady was at the drive up window. She was helpful and very friendly. The burger is a standard frozen burger patty no flavor. I drove less than 10 minutes before I started eating and everything was already cold. I expect cheese fries to be a little soggy but it would have helped if the fries were fresh. I do not think I will go back. Typical Fast Food just there when you need something quick.

So Me and my mother tried Fire Grill today, I got the Premium Burger #1 Kentucky Gentleman Burger, A Deluxe Chili Dog With Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries, My Mother Ordered the Southern Philly Cheesesteak and Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries Total price for the food was $25.22 thats with tax, Price is not that bad, The portion size is very small for what I got, $2.50 for a little tray of fries is on the pricy side, The hotdog was very good, the fries were fantastic but the burger was just not it the burger patty was super small and disgusting it was just a regular patty I could fry at home. I would try this place again but needs some improvements, The dining room was great, The guy asked how everything was, But the young female cashier was in short shorts which would not fly in a regular restaurant and she had no personality.

Food was fantastic!!! and they bring the food to your table dont see that at any other fast food place!

I went this afternoon with my wife for lunch today. Probably the worst meal I've had in all of 2024. For a place called "Fire Grill" I really wasn't expecting the burger and bacon to be clearly from the microwave.

The food was cold they remade it some of our group got there stuff my wife's hotdog was cold both times I never got my food instead the cook fixed other customers food. I ask about mine and he forgot to fix it I'll never go there again I was a customer of at least two days a week but I can assure you I won't be back
