Their salon and staff are always consistent in every aspect. Same staff. Same feel in each room with every service offered. People love that. It's a very stable feeling with each service. Quiet. Clean. Genuinely friendly. A place you can be 100% vulnerable upon walking in without hair styled and makeup, as they are there to prep you for all that after you leave them. That is HUGE to me. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. This Spa never disappoints.Ask for Nicole who is always smiling by the way, she is not only the owner but gives an awesome Mani/Pedi and has the latest Shellac and OPI Products. Waxing, Message, Facials and much more. Not to mention how relaxed I am when I go, very zen feel with soothing music.

Loved the staff, loved our massage and facials. Girls were so sweet and worked to get us in during our vacation.

After moving to the Denver area last year - I searched long and hard for a spa. I cannnot express enough how amazing the staff and their services. I am one happy and relaxed customer.

I went to Expressions Day Spa to purchase a gift card for someone for Christmas. There was a lady completing a purchase when I entered, so I waited patiently. When she was finished I walked up to the counter and said, I would like to purchase the Christmas Treat gift card. The lady behind the counter said, "We're short handed today and I have to go back and perform a Service. It'll take me about 15 minutes. Would you like to wait or come back later?" REALLY, I thought to myself. I'm about to make a $245.00 purchase and you want me to WAIT 15 minutes or come back later??? I told her I would return. Yeah, right. If this is what you consider good (potentially new ongoing customer), Customer Service, I don't think I'll be returning. After driving there to MAKE a purchase, you actually gave me the "choice" of either ... waiting (about 15 minutes... I'm all to familiar with that word "about"), or driving back AGAIN?! Is my time or inconveniencing me not a consideration? I'm here NOW, or is that not obvious? I'm quite sure that another spa will be happy for me to spend $245.00 at their location. This was a VERY disappointing experience to make a purchase. I was not impressed.
