Didn't need no welfare state. Everybody pulled his weight. Gee our old La Salle ran great. Those were the days.

This place is a hidden gem that is totally worth exploring! So many neat cars and admission is free (they take donations only). I really enjoyed seeing the history of the cars and the old fire truck.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Antique Car Museum but be prepared for no air conditioning just fans. Admission is free but donations are welcomed. The museum is located in Grovewood Village and there is a parking lot fairly close to the museum and another near the restaurant. The museum has about twenty vehicles. I enjoyed reading about the history of each and some fun facts added to some of the vehicles. Some of the vehicle doors were open for a closer look inside. Besides the vehicles, the building was built in 1923 and where Biltmore Industries did its weaving and had 40 looms. I enjoyed the chandelier with quotes of Shakespeare.Tours were offered before COVID so if we ever get past this virus I'd go back for a tour to learn more about the cars and the building.

Such a cool little museum with lots of cars and history! I felt like I was going back in time reading about the different models and statistics. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff really know their stuff about the cars and the local area.

Excellent historical write ups for each auto and buggy - it's a walk through time Would have given it 5 stars but no AC and it was unseasonably hot

I enjoyed a nice rainy afternoon at the Antique Car Museum. The Antique Car Museum is located with the Homespun Museum in the little village behind the Grove Park Inn. The museum has 20-30 pristine cars and trucks of various ages. As someone who is not really interested in cars, I was surprised at how much fun I had. Each car had a sheet with a short description: year, company, style, and a few facts about the car or the period it was build. I thought these were very interesting and helpful in my understanding. I appreciated that you could get close to each car to see what the interiors looked like, too. My favorites were the 1921 fire engine and the car with the wooden spokes. I think this museum is a great place to take kids. It was a fun little adventure, and it was free (but they do ask for donations). The whole museum takes about an hour to go through, and the Homespun museum next door takes a few minutes. Lastly, the volunteer was also really great and answered whatever questions we had.

people with walkers or canes need to be careful of the ramp they have it is only 2 metal things that is very unstable my mother uses a cane I walked up the ramp and told her to do the 2 steps in if she can I did not want her to risk losing her balance walking up the ramp. so hopefully the will put a better ramp for people that have disabilities or they are not going to do anything until someone falls and sues them

Great museum with some very cool vehicles! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and informed! This was a highlight of our weekend! Our favorites included the 1957 Cadillac El Dorado and the uplifting signage on the posts of the building! Worth the trip and we will definitively return!
