I love this little juice bar in the Omni, across from the Starbucks. The ladies are so nice and efficient - juice drinks come out really fast. And almost no lines ever! I ordered the Green Magic with extra ginger, and it was delicious. If you want food, I recommend The Arnold!

Energy cafe is a quick and healthy place to go for lunch uptown! The employees are friendly and can help guide you with made to order and customized food options.I always build my own salad and put whatever toppings and protein I'm in the mood for. The restaurant is clean and there is seating inside if you don't want to take your food to go!

The food portions for the price are way off. The chicken was dry and over cooked. The smoothie tasted really odd. No prices in their screens which is very odd. 1 smoothie and dark chicken $25???? Not what we expected at all.

This is one of my go-to spots for lunch. I've only ever tried one thing and that's what I get everytime. The Popeye wrap is sooo good! It's a spinach wrap with spinach on the inside, (on some inception ish) roasted chicken, mozzarella cheese and some red sauce. I want to try other menu items but I enjoy wrap too much. The ladies I usually see preparing the foods be moving fast making everyone's food and smoothies. I usually dine in their dining area which has a handful of seats. Good service and a bomb Popeye wrap

This is my go-to when I want a quick, healthy, and reasonably priced lunch. I love their signature salad. They don't skimp on the walnuts and mandarin orange, plus have a ton of different dressings to choose from. I havent tried the sandwhiches yet, but my coworkers say they are so great. Also great service as everyone there is super fr

Lifesaver for healthy lunch/ breakfast options in Charlotte Uptown. So delicious- salads, wraps, green smoothies.... This is my go-to for avoiding deep fried and generally poor quality nutrition options.

Such a cute little area with a modern/green atmosphere. The menu was filled with so many healthy choices and options. As a first timer, I did not know what to try since everything sounded delicious but two customers before me bd recommended the "tinga" which was only served on Fridays. It's a homemade spicy chicken dish that you could eat in a wrap or brown rice. I gave in and ordered that along with unlimited toppings of my choice. I'm so happy I followed their recommendation because it was filled with flavor and just enough spice and the fact that it was a family recipe. Definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast bowl was terrible and flavorless. I don't see how they can call it a bowl. I ordered the breakfast bowl without eggs bc of an allergy. When I returned backed to my office to sit down and eat I noticed hit contained egg whites. I went back to Energy Cafe for the guy to remake it. He was very rude and confrontational when I asked him to remake it. He didn't apologize for getting my order wrong but continued to be defensive. There are so many other options in the area that I will never come back here again.

Tons of protein in their smoothies - organic & all natural fruity ingredients..... which is a very nice change from the ice cream, treaty-like smoothies I'm used to seeing aroundSandwich wraps, salads, & soups that offer many veggie options as well as gluten-free to boot - woot! We've tried their Quinoa Salad as well as their hummus & pita - both yummyEnergy bars are - "homemade" every day - Pumpkin Walnut was okay - the hummus & quinoa were betterCan't wait to come back for more smoothies & lunchie items ... I feel healthier already

I always see this spot but have always passed it so this morning I decided to give it a try. I got myself the Recharge Smoothie and the Southwestern Turkey. The ladies that served me were very nice and gave me a comforting feeling as I was browsing their menu. Overall 9/10, food and service is great!
