Empire Pizza - Fort Mill

Had a terrible experience here tonight with my kids. It took 15 minutes to get drinks and then I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and substituted the grilled chicken for crispy chicken (tenders) and subbed the buffalo sauce for teriyaki. Also asked for a side of ranch. The server came out 10 minutes later to let me know that they "were out of chicken tenders, so I told the kitchen to make the grilled chicken crispy" and didn't ask me if I wanted to change my order or if that was ok and then walked away. The server brought the food out and said "they gave you spicy ranch, Hope that's ok" and again walked away.I then see the server again 10 minutes later and asked for teriyaki sauce because none was put on my wrap (along with no chicken tenders and had grilled chicken instead) and the server said that they would be charging me even though I ordered it to begin with instead of buffalo sauce. The meal was terrible and the server never brought refills back either. I'd never recommend this location and wish I'd have gotten a chance to talk to a manager since I had to pay for the opposite of what I ordered.

Great service, food was out promptly, and perfectly as ordered, very good pizza & wings, and wife loved her salad & quesadilla. Our drinks were kept filled, and prices were fair.

I been here 3x now. And 2 times it was good and the one time was ok.. Like their wings and some of their pizzas. Even ordered a salad one time and had a children order of spaghetti which is not great. Very bland. Didn't help with my craving at all. Customer service was alway good. They can get really crowded especially on a hot summer night since no one want to work.. the place is very chill. A good place for families and kids. But also great to watch any sport games

Great food, terrible service! Completely unorganized as far as handling orders. They have about 10 people on the front line passing out to go orders and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how they sort the orders and it seems to be a luck of the draw if they find your order. Ordering on a Saturday, forget it!

A little too much meat and not enough salad in the salad. Too heavy. This is just 1/3 of the meat i scraped from what was left of the bottom part of the salad. Chunks in every bite. Couldnt hardly taste the salad. If you like a really heavy salad go for it. They always forget the pepperoncini for my salad everytime. As a local i will say that the food is better then the reviews let on. A lot better actually. But if your moving from somewhere like california or new york, up north, or texas, etc.. And expecting the kind of food you had there, obviously your going to be disappointed. The food is great for food around here and affordable. If your looking for good itallian i hear portifinos in indian land is the way to go.

Empire Pizza has very good New York style pizza and very friendly staff to boot! The Dining Room is quite spacious with metal signs decorating the ceiling. They have a full bar with a decent craft beer selection on draught. They run drink specials every day too!Despite the name, they have more than just pizza. They have many pasta options including tortellini, spaghetti and ziti among others. I had the blackened chicken pasta from the lunch specials menu and it was very tasty! They even have lasagna and baked ziti on the menu!If weren't enough, they also have wings that I'm told are quite legit! I haven't had them yet but I'm planning on it the next time I go in. They offer salads too.All in all a great spot in little old Fort Mill!Cheers!

No a happy camper This past Sunday irdered a pizza with red and green peppers they brought wrong pizza and remade right one had to wait a while and pizza rhey remade was not done well done as requested and I should had some discount Of no discound and waittress did not care Wont go Gave them a second chance Just bad as before Nobody should ever go there They stink

we used to love empire! this location has just gotten worse and worse.... the service is soooo bad! no one is friendly or kind in any way. orders are always wrong and the food quality has gone waaayyy down. brown salad, barely anything in it. i hoped when they got a new manager that things would change, but she is awful too! so sad, we used to love it here and made it a weekly thing. no more.

Just amazing pizza and calzones. Very reasonable menu prices. Look forward to returning.
