Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown

The service was Superb from Shelly w/Check-in to Valerie with the complimentary snacks & drinks. Brayana the bartender with her recommendation on drinks and entertainment. The room was very spacious had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was excellent everyone was polite very helpful and Willing to help. I wish I would've stayed another night just because of the hospitality. I definitely would recommend and stay here again.

We loved Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte uptown!The room, view and location were just perfect!! We got the one bedroom suite and it was stylish and modern. Since we are Hilton HHonors members, we got a 1 hr late check-out and 2 complimentary bottles of water. The location is perfect right in uptown Charlotte. The hotel offers a free happy hour which excludes 2 free alcoholic beverages and light snacks (cheese and crackers and chips and salsa) it also has a 24 hr gym and mini mart, a pool and free breakfast. The only thing was the hotel only had valet parking in which cost $45 per day. Overall if you are in the Charlotte uptown area and want a good kid friendly place to stay, I recoment Embassy Suites Charlotte Uptown

Shelly at the front desk and the bartenders were all fabulous. The location and ambiance was perfect for our adults only getaway. Rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable. By far my favorite place to stay in Uptown Charlotte.

Stayed here on our way down to Savannah. The staff was really friendly and the whole area was clean even outside. The view was amazing of the NASCAR Hall of Fame and stadium. The only thing is parking is $40 a night. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely gourmet! They had a fresh omelette that you could have. I got the waffle though and the blueberry syrup was delicious. You can't beat a stay with free breakfast in the morning. So happy to have stayed here.

You know what's funny?I've stayed in an Embassy Suites more than any other hotel since I was a child, and this location is HANDS-DOWN the nicest I have ever been in. This hotel hosted our family reunion.Clean. Good service. Loved the text messages checking in on my stay. Appreciated the fast response to issues or needed items. Honestly, the responses were faster than anything I've experienced at a Four Seasons or Marriott property. And the free full breakfast! *chef's kiss*

Some highlights: the room was clean - very clean. The breakfast items were super good. The breakfast staff were incredible. They truly acted like they love their job. The omelette lady - WANDA is amazing!!! The front desk people were great! Shout out to Lucy and Ron! We asked for a later check out and were granted that extension. We attended an event and we were treated with coffee, water, and tea all day! There are fountain drinks available all day. And there is a free happy hour each day too!!! Then, there was live music on Friday night after happy hour in the bar / restaurant area!!! I am telling you this hotel has a lot going for it!!!Some areas of opportunity: why doesn't this awesome hotel have an airport shuttle? Could someone monitor the halls on weekends? We had 2 separate bedrooms and both had a strange noise in the air conditioning unit. Area of opportunity outside the hotels control that a person needs to know about: on the weeknights the hotel was quiet and peaceful but on Friday night things really ramped up - people running in the hallway, slamming doors, yelling, sirens outside during the night. I do recommend but I would prefer to stay on a weeknight.

This is a really solid hotel, situated in the middle of Uptown Charlotte! It's a great place to stay for anybody whose in town to attend an event at Bank of America Stadium, as it's well in walking distance of the stadium and other downtown amenities The room was pretty nice, although the bathroom and shower setup could have been better. The hotel was very clean, and the bar service was pretty good. One of the bartenders was a stud, but the other got flustered pretty quickly and snapped at us one time. I understand that being a bartender can be stressful, but if you can't handle it then you need to find another line of work. Similarly, the valet attendant wasn't exactly rude, but perhaps a little rough around the edges. She kept reminding me that she was the only one working, when I was trying my best to be patient. All-in-all I would recommend this hotel, but I would suggest that the staff become a little better at handling the stressful parts of the service industry.

Great hotel. We were allowed in our rooms early, despite the check in time being 4pm. The rooms were big and the layout very functional. Very clean as well. The location is pretty central, although there's not much going on after business hours. Only two things were not perfect - nonexistent business center and below par breakfast food quality. But overall it was a good experience, with friendly staff and well maintained rooms and amenities.
