The updates and renovations appear to be complete. This park is now fabulous and deserving of an updated review as well.Past the entrance, a few dozen RV parking spots. As I'm now an experienced RVer, I can absolutely appreciate what they have done here - power, water views and most of the spots are well shaded. Many have easy pull through access. The lots are not on top of each other.Big parking lot for boat launches where THREE lanes are set up with two docks and a big area for pulling around. The slope to the water is gradual.Next to the boat launch, a huge lake side park with a crescent shaped dock that goes around the beach and swimming area. Several picnic pavilions, charcoal grills (fresh lake-caught fish, anyone?), a playground, and a pickleball court. The picnic building has good cover and restrooms. The parking lot for cars is huge and well painted. This is a terrific park and York County has done a great job.[Review 16531 overall - 860 in South Carolina - 41 of 2022.]

Great job with the 4.6 million dollar renovations. Beautiful place to sit, relax, and enjoy the views. And if you're not a germaphobe (like me) take a swim.

What a beautiful park! Perfect for your family reunion, or day out with the family on the water or in the park. Sites are fully equipped with water, electricity and sewer. Sites were clean and had an aluminum picnic table and fire pit that doubled as a grill. I need to add that sites had 50/30/110amp hook up! Only reason that I gave this site 4 stars is that it wasn't what we were looking for we really wanted the outdoor woods look and feel and our site was in an open field. They were appropriately spaced from other campers though. I would highly recommend for people wanting a beachy atmosphere!

"Goat Island... Just off the coast of Rock Hill."Ebenezer Park & Boat Landing is a public park that has 4 boat ramps, public picnic area overlooking picturesque (and dirty) Lake Wylie, and they even have a campground. My girl and I like to take our kayaks out from there and paddle out to Goat Island for an afternoon lounging. We sometime take my dog, Big Dog, with us so he can frolic with the other people & dogs on The Goat. The campground looks like it's either 'long term' or 'short term' camping, complete with bathrooms & shower facilities. Call for rates. The picnic area has several covered shelters for parties or whatever and a playground area for your chaps. Public beach for swimming but there's no lifeguard so watch your kids if you let them swim. From Memorial Day to Labor Day - it costs a couple of bucks to enter the park. The rest of the time, it's free to enter.

Very nice well maintained park. However, we had a park employee knocking at our door at 8:30 am. We were told to move our car and tow dolly off the grass so they could airrate the lawn. The work had not yet begun when we left at 11:00 am. Very irritating to be woke up that way for nothing. Other campers had items parked on the grass also.

I visit Ebenezer park at least once a week to watch the waves, I've been coming to this landmark since I was a child and I still enjoy this place. Staff is friendly and keeps the place exceptionally clean! How fortunate are we to have Ebenezer park in our community? I think very fortunate.

This is a real review from a real customer. This is a great Park Sunday through Thursday, on the weekends it's for locals and mostly boat parties. The only complaint I have is about dogs. they don't seem to enforce the leash law here at this park, so if you have dogs and don't want to put them on a leash this is the place for you. There's dogs everywhere and dog poop everywhere. The rangers should really enforce the leash law.

Great for the family! We had a blast and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is clean and the bathhouses are pretty decent for their age. Great spot to put your boat in at and camp.

Beautiful park with full hookups and tent spots right on the lake. There are boat ramps and a swimming area in season. Lots of kids playing in the sand. Park is easy to get to and to get around. Park ranger excellent. Price was fair for full hookups. Lovely park. We would come back here if ever in the area again
