If I'd written a review following my first visit to Eastside Bar N' Grill I would most likely have given them a 4 out of five. We ate there with my extended family following church on a Sunday and everyone had a great experience. The kids loved the wings and their sandwiches and the adults all enjoyed their variety of salads. It was a little odd eating in such a bar atmosphere following church and since none of us drink I couldn't speak as to how their bar service holds up. This review however is about our most recent visit. The wait staff are all very helpful and attentive and you can tell they are sincerely trying to make sure the visit goes well. They had a singer singing in the bar, and he while he was doing a great job, it was an odd vibe for Sunday lunch and the sound was too loud for conversation. They also had a new brunch menu which eliminated all of the items the kids ordered on our last visit. They also no longer had the salad I'd enjoyed so much last time so I had to change my order and the new salad came with packets of dressing. This was particularly odd since the waitress made a point of telling me how good the dressing was. I'd like to say I plan on giving them another try, but I'm afraid I'd be eating her all alone as my kids and wife would mutiny on me if I tried. As I said earlier, the real shame is how the experience just wasn't consistent, the first visit really was pleasurable.
