Early Waffle

There aren't many non fast food breakfast spots on this side of town. Those that do exist tend to be an arm and a leg. So it was nice to drop in here. If you're looking for fast, hot and pretty good diner food that's not too pricy, I'd send you here. Gives Waffle House without the possible chaos. It actually reminds me a little of the coney island restaurants that are on every corner in Detroit. I see that they also offer lunch and dinner. I'd love to come back to see how their burger compares to coney's.

Early waffle was such a cute atmosphere. Very comfortable mom and pop style family restaurant. It is fairly small in there but we didn't have to wait for a seat. The staff was super friendly. And my food was delicious! I got 3 wings and when I say they were seasoned to perfection! Even the actual meat was seasoned not just the skin. I also had the 2 egg breakfast with hash browns and they were also good. My mom got the waffle and she really enjoyed it. She said it was good and fluffy. We definitely enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back.

Stopped here after church to grab some brunch. We dined in and were able to sit ourselves. The waitress came over within 5 mins of us sitting. Our orders were taken quickly and wait for food was not long at all. It's a cozy, mom and pop restaurant with a good southern food menu. The food was cooked to order and everything had flavor. Chicken tenders were seasoned to perfection. Would recommend to others and would def visit again.

It's small and quaint. The loaded hash was delectable. I wish the added cinnamon or vanilla to their waffles. It fell a little flat. They ran out of biscuits and salsa, so I used the jalapeño hotsauce, which was decent. Our sever forgot to place their order, and they waited over an hour for food. Mine came immediately (I was late), which prompted them to ask where their plates were. They also got their eggs mixed around. I thought the food was just "ok"; nothing to write home about. However, I did find the eggs light and fluffy, though. So, it was a win for me!

My daughter and I popped in here for an impromptu brunch. The restaurant is small and cozy. Norma, was our waitress she welcomed us in and offered us a table. Norma, was very personable and friendly. My waffle wasn't bad but definitely 5 star presentation, however. My daughter had buffalo wings and fries. They were good. This is a brunch spot that closes at 3 PM. It's a great place to pop in to grab some bites in between meals. Mimosa's would be great but they don't serve alcohol.... yet.

Love finding hidden jewels that are local. Restaurant is located in a strip mall with others like a barber shop, alterations, beauty bar, and a black belt gym. There is plenty of outside public parking. Interior is small but not uncomfortable. There are what I consider booth seating. Think small and intimate. I imagine they get very busy at peak times. I opted to place an order to go. There were 2 couples in front of me, and the wait time went quickly. The waitress was friendly, and that works for me. Never upset the person handling your food. Small chain or rather individual restaurants are appealing. I like quaint and unique. Prices were also market rate and reasonable for the items ordered. .

Amazing food. Had the veggie omelette, hash browns, Belgian waffle, and sausage, egg, and cheese toast sandwich. Will come back. Fast service for a great price.

THIS FRENCH TOAST WAS SO GOOD MMMMMM!!! The service was great too and the place is small I feel like I found a real hidden gem with this place :))

Gonna have to move next door so I can come here everyday. Absolutely incredible food, people, service, decor.

It was okay. Middle of the road. We wanted something that was a step up from Waffle House. This was not. I would have preferred Waffle House. The waffle was boring. Just a light plain Belgian waffle. Two small margarine cups and some syrup. The sausage wasn't great. Wasn't bad. Just boring. Eggs were just pain and boring. Hash browns were basic. It all seemed like what I could accomplish with a toaster waffle and a frying pan. I'm not a great cook but this was all just very basic. Service was okay. We asked for a water and chocolate milk. They brought one of us a water. Not both. Not sure why. Just strange. It was more expensive than Waffle House and not as good.
