Great wines. Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Service always on point. If you like dryer wines and California style wines you're in luck bc that's where their grapes come from - although they're working to start using their own vineyard once it matured. The owner is a very experienced winemaker who comes from CA and has an impressive resume. He said they tested around the area to find the best possible soil to grow grapes and found the hilltop it's on. Not much food options but you can get some snacks they offer. Very nice spacious venue with a private room you can rent for events and nice outside space. Laid back enough to bring kids but still feels a little upscale. Brought my toddler once for a family event with no issues. The tasting is such a good deal and they talk you through it all which is so fun! We've bought bottles from there bc we truly love the wine so much.

Conveniently located, this winery visit was quite enjoyable. There's plenty of parking and seating inside. My host Alison was easy to talk to and knew a lot about the wines. We had a flight and then chose their rose for a full glass. They have plans to expand and I feel lucky this is down the street.

Cute and fairly new winery. My mom took me and my dad here for a wine tasting while I was down visiting them. You get 5 1 ounce pours and a charcuterie box, then you pick your favorite wine for a full pour. They're not producing the wine here yet, the vines aren't mature enough to produce the grapes they need, but once they hit that threshold they will. Right now the wine comes from California. So far what they have here is good, but they anticipate expanding more with a restaurant.

On a crisp autumn day we enter the newly built, well-presented barn. A small, young vineyard surrounds the building. Inside there is a high ceiling, rustic-style room with a high bar, barrels for tables spread about, a sofa lounging area, and a live musician playing. There is original artwork on the wall and the ambience is homey and comfortable. We are led to the back room which has 8 stainless steel fermenting tanks, and we are seated at long tables. Our group is welcomed warmly. We proceed through a tasting of five fine wines accompanied with small boxes from three sisters of charcuterie. The server and the level one sommelier treat us well and give us good information about the wines. Two whites, a rosé, and two reds. The grapes are sourced from California at this time. The wines range from very good to excellent. (Within our group are wine judges). The winery is about an hour from Asheville but a wonderful excursion through beautiful countryside for a sunny weekend afternoon.

the views and vibe are amazing. I LOVE how with your wine flight you get education about the wine and grapes, it really just elevates the entire experience. To me it is an absolute MUST DO if you are in the area and like wine!

Wine DinnerMote like dinner with wine.We were expecting pairings wine with courses. Instead wine tickets...and good catered dinner. The sell was "wine maker" however even one of the owners noted he was the marketing guy...partner was wine maker...and was not present. Great night with friends. No AC...got warm fast.NO wine education or discussion.. Buffet line service. When we left, no thanks just a strong message its time to leave. Comment was made the staff had a really long day.Still an adventure.
