Dynasty Buffet

We stopped in for lunch during the week. At first glance, this place is huge where there are literally rows and rows of buffet food to choose from!! It's like you don't even know where to start first. So it is best to walk through the entire thing to figure out what you want. If you just start at the 1st row and fill your plate you'll probably become full by the time you hit the 2nd or 3rd row of food when there could be more items there that you want but haven't saved any room in your stomach for since they have desserts as well. The price was extremely fair for what you got. My only negative is that it seemed repetitive because it was like chicken 15 different ways. I would have expected to see more pork, beef, and fish. there was maybe one dish of each of those, but chicken multiple times in every row.You are better off to eat it there because if you do take out, they charge you by weight so you're better off to find the time stop in and sit down for this meal.

I go here for the salmon sushi. It's my favorite buffet in Gastonia. They also have great chicken wings, sugar rolls, cheesy crab meat, tiramisu.

Depending on the time of day food is so-so. Other times it ok nothing special. But it's a fair price and can sometimes satisfy your Asian food craving. The building still reminds me of the old Ryan's steakhouse. Service is fair as usual at buffet style restaurants.

Food was very tasty...!!! Staff was friendly me and my husband ate at 4pm we paid 28.64$ prices are great Food was fresh everything was crispy. Def recommend

My son and I went here. He finds something wrong with almost every buffet we go to. This one, however, took us both by surprise. We went a lil aft 12. Everything was fresh. I took my plate to get cooked and the chef made it to perfection. The sauce was right for it all. No greasy noodles, shrimp, steak and broccoli. We're going a second time in a row. It wasn't too crowded so we were able to sit in peace. Haven't been for the dinner to see if the sushi or crab legs are good yet. Judging off my lunch experience, I'm sure dinner is just as pleasant.

Sushi is very good, warm rice, I finally tasted fish ( salmon, tuna,and red snapper), just right size ( one bite).Chinese food is very good flavor, especially chicken broccoli was very tender, hot sour soup is delicious. Hot tea was good,too. I want to come again driving about 1 hour.

Dynasty Buffet is a high quantity, low quality chinese buffet. It's exactly what you expect from a place like this. The food is overly greasy, not very flavorful, but is extremely plentiful and coated in enough sugar and oil to satisfy your taste buds. Make sure you arrive extremely hungry and eat your fill. Take your time. The buffet is very affordable and amazing value for how little you pay.All of the fried chicken and stir fry beef dishes were tasty. Really enjoyed the seafood delight as well as the garlic chicken and beef with broccoli.The hibachi section is probably the best part of the restaurant since the food is cooked to order and put on your plate steaming hot. The hibachi dishes are pretty bland since the sauce doesn't stick to the food properly and just drains off the oily food scraped off the grill.The salad bar and fresh vegetables were old, wilted, and gross. Do not bother.The dessert bar was stale, hard, and challenging to chew through. Skip the pastries and stick with ice cream or pudding.

This is our second time here. We are out of towners. Both times been passing through and decided to eat here. Great deal for the money. Food was tasty. All the chinese regulars and various shrimp options, crab and some lobster. Good service. Wife wants to try wock area next time. Nice variety of ice cream and other deserts. Recommend.
