0 stars honestly Not the first time they messed up my order unfortunately:(I'm not sure what they said because the window was closed but they seemed very upset.And they gave me the wrong donut and drink

Terrible service. Snarky attitude from staff. Asked for a simple order which they get wrong and proceed to not admit clear as day they got it wrong. Dirty dining area, use bare hands to pick up the donuts.

This Concord Dunkin' Donuts is fairly new and they keep it in great shape. The staff are friendly, helpful and always pleasant. They are short staffed but always remember to say America Runs on Dunkin," what can I get for you. The one thing they seem to struggle with is large orders, so it's best to call ahead or be sure to check your order prior to leaving because gas is too expensive to have to double back.

I ate my disappointment for breakfast, thanks Dunkin.The line was five cars deep on this late Tuesday morning. I ordered two sandwiches, costing over four dollars each. My sandwich featured a raw Turkey sausage. My mothers sandwich had one lonely strip of half-burnt bacon!So over $18.72 later, I noticed that a mystery charge for $1.00 was added onto my receipt. It is called JOY Charity. This wasn't discussed. I guess they are hoping people don't notice. This practice is unacceptable!I don't appreciate waiting for 30 minutes for raw, burnt and inedible eats as well as being overcharged. There is no reason to trust or patronize this location.Dunkin do better.

I've never had an issue at this location! Staff is always friendly and helpful. The drive-thru line usually goes pretty fast, and they always make my coffee right. They're always on it! I'll keep coming to this Dunkin to get my iced coffee fix!! They are consistent there!

Let the staff cook Fr Fr plus inside is clean and nice 5 stars and staff is super friendly

This location just needs to do better. I don't even feel like going into detail, but I will say I am so SICK of getting hard, overcooked, burnt hasbrowns! I mean come on... and not to mention the drinks they just don't give a damn anymore and it's noticeable. This location is WEAK!!!

Not much to complain about when it comes to Dunkin Donuts. Well except for customer service but tonight the young lady who assisted me was very sweet and courteous. I appreciate that. They didn't have the gingerbread flavors iced coffee that my son wanted but she was patient with me so I could call and get a substitute. They are practicing social distancing and are using the proper precautions. I was also glad that I didn't have to be waited on. They had enough help to run the drive thru and the counter.

Dunkin might as well do without the handles on the plastic bags. If they're going to seal it where you can't even use the freaking handle that's absolutely ridiculous do better. I think that's worse than their coffee and the coffee is pretty bad taste like hot dog water.

I went in to order a half dozen donuts and used the digital kiosk. When my order came out, two of the donuts were not what I ordered so I asked politely for the employees to correct my order. When what seemed to be the manager addressed my issue, she argued that the donut I ordered was called ssomething different than what I had seen on the menu and rudely slapped a magnetic label under it to prove her point. I go to a different Dunkin at least once a week and have always had great service there so I will not be returning to this location and the employee I interacted with does not provide a welcoming environment to customers.
