Dunkin'

I orders through Uber eats. The donuts were midocre- we probably got the ones that were sitting out all night. I ordered 3 donuts, 1 being a strawberry with sprinkle donut. They of course placed the only frosted one upside down in the bag and therefore the frosting stuck to the bottom and there were no sprinkles on it at all.My ham and Suisse croissant- gross! Like stale and just grossThe best part is my hash browns....... There was a whole ?$@ken booger on my hash browns... straight out of the sealed bag. This whole establishment is trash. Never again!

Date of visit: July 14, 2024We stopped here on our way home from a funeral and probably should have found a different Dunkin to visit. While the staff was friendly, outside there was lots of trash and some of my family members indicated that their orders were neither correct nor very good.I don't have breakfast much outside of home, and especially not fast food, but I thought that the sandwich I had was decent. It wasn't anything special so I didn't bother to take a picture of it.

This Dunkin' location was not the best. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with an iced chai latte. The sandwich was so dry that I had to toss it. They sell dog toys and I purchased one so that was a plus.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Staff were nice. Looked clean. Got a few munchkins. Try that pumpkin one!

This is a greay location. Always super quick. Nice employees. Inside is clean and maintained. Usually stop at least 3 times a week for my coffee fix.

Staff always amazing. Coffee hot. Love this location I get my kids a snack and me a coffee.

There's a new donutorium in town. It's not much to look at now because there's still some construction and winter going on but it ought to clean up pretty well by spring... Bright and clean only-donuts shop. Windows facing north and west have a nice view across the parking lot out to WT Harris Blvd. Drive-thru goes around back but I don't think you can see the display from your car so you may as well go inside and get your donuts like a grown up.

Just went through the drive through, January 4th around 10:30. Girl with the glasses put my coffees through the window and I ask "hi how are you?" No response at all, just looked at me. Why are these people in customer service if they don't know what customer service is. It's not just here, I see it everywhere. People just want an easy check and to go home nowadays.

The customer service at this location absolutely sucks. I went into order Churro items and the guy over the speaker had some pretty smart mouth responses. "Yeah we don't have it. That's what makes the drink so we obviously don't have it." What happened to making suggestions to supplement for what you don't have. I could better understand if he had given me a suggestion and replacement of what I wanted. He had such a rude hostile tone I took my business elsewhere. I hardly ever drink from Dunkin this is exactly why. Each experience is met with unprofessional experiences. Do better!

Can't make drinks and horrible customer service. The girl at the window has a nasty attitude and was upset when I said my drink wasn't made correctly. It was an iced matcha instead of a frozen matcha
