My husband and I placed an order at this restaurant through DoorDash, and unfortunately, they completely messed it up. The woman who handed the order to my husband had a terrible attitude, which was quite frustrating. It's disappointing that they allow someone with such a negative demeanor to interact with customers.Regrettably, my husband didn't check the order before leaving, and we were shocked to receive items we did not order. Our kids were especially disappointed because they were really looking forward to the meals they had chosen.I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, and they promised us a refund, but we have yet to receive any confirmation regarding that. I cannot recommend this establishment at all. Their staff has poor attitudes, and they took our money while providing us with food we didn't want. We will be pursuing a chargeback with our bank to get our money back. I can't stand dishonest businesses like this one. Never again.

Driving through the Charlotte area and needed to grab something to eat before it was too late. Yelp reviews were good so we headed there from the interstate. We were seated immediately as it was late and not very busy. Part of the restaurant was already closed off due to the late hour. Our waitress was okay but could have been a little more attentive. She did answer our questions and took our order. Soon our meal was delivered. Our dinner was good, but average. Prices were good. Several TVs around if you want to watch a game while you eat. Good atmosphere for a beer and food with friends.

First time here after moving to the area. Building and interior very well decorated with beer taps and signed sports memorabilia on the walls. The staff are some of the nicest I have seen in a while and are very willing to help or explain the menu. I got the fried pickles with ranch and they were fresh and amazing and delicious! For the main course we got the Taphouse burger with fries and the Fish & chips. The Taphouse burger was good, but a little overcooked and the fries were a little undercooked as they were fresh , but slightly wimpy. The fish was whole chunks not minced and was expertly cooked to crispy along with the house made chips. This place is definitely with trying as the parking lot is always packed. They also have an excellent selection of local beers on tap.

This is one of my favorite spots to eat in mooresville! The servers are always friendly and the food comes out fast. One of my favorite things to get is the garlic fries. They have so much flavor without being soggy. I love the personal pizzas too. They're the perfect size & always really good. Last time we went, my mom tried a salad and she said it was amazing. The presentation of the salad was so pretty - it looked great. There's a lot of space inside and there's a large bar. I've never gotten alcohol here but they seem to have a lot of beer and drink selections!

I entered this establishment with one goal. One goal! It was to have a drink and leave. I did not accomplish my goal. Instead, I had several drinks and a personal pizza. I think this was due to a really good atmosphere as well as quality conversation and banter. As far as the bar vibe, the couple to the right was concocting new drink ideas for their Halloween party, the bartender (Sierra) was super-efficient, and Fred and Sam were often laughing across the bar. In regards to the above, I must be fully transparent. The couple was indeed coming up with drink ideas for their Halloween party, but I only mentioned it because I wanted to use the word 'concocting' since it's funny to me and I never used it before. You don't really hear people going around saying, "It was a fine morning; I woke up and began concocting my schedule for the day!" Also, I don't know if the other people across the bar were named Fred and Sam, but in my mind, that will always be their names. I'm just not sure who is Fred and who is Sam. I guess Fred will be the one who was promoting another restaurant in this restaurant since Sams are usually cooler than Freds. They were both cool though. He was just hustling. I get it! And they both laughed a lot, which improves the overall mood. Therefore, it's not that Fred is uncool, he's just a little less cool than Sam. As far as the pizza goes, I thought it would be average-at-best but it was really good. It doesn't seem like the type of place that would have really good pizza. Shoot, it doesn't even look like really good pizza. But sometimes things that look just okay taste really good. Anyway, I was impressed. I was also impressed by the Old Fashioned (not seen in pictures.) On top of that, the entire staff was friendly. Just a really good vibe here. If there is one negative, it's accessing the restaurant from the road. It's inconvenient but worth the effort.

Came here for dinner last night. Service was good and great selection on beers. Downside is the entree of the fish & chips. 2 oversized fish sticks is how I would describe it. The fish was excellent but a huge disappointment.. no coleslaw included either. They really should post a picture of the fish on the menu. My husband commented "Did you get a kids fish & chips?" He enjoyed hisPhilly cheesesteak which is always great. Overall we will come back but will not order the fish & chips.

Went for lunch on a Saturday and wasn't too busy so food was pretty quick. I believe our server was Emma or Emmie? She was really nice and checked in without being too overbearing. I built my burger, got a strawberry margarita and my partner got a grilled chicken with hash browns. The ambience is very tavern. It was extremely dark when we went in so that kind of threw me off but otherwise it was nice. The burger was cooked as ordered, the prices weren't too bad and that marg was refreshing! We also got the cinnamon donuts which were good but tasted similar to Chinese Thai donuts. Overall I would recommend it!

This is a busy restaurant with lots of food options. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Since moving to the area, I've eaten here three times. I've had a great meal each time. My favorite by far - the taphouse burger with tots. It comes with jalapeño bacon, swiss cheese and amazing pickles. I'll keep going back to try new things.
