Prices are high for no reason Food was not all that for the price and it was literally fight between bugs flying every where First time going Never going back

The owner was extremely disrespectful and rude to us when we came to see the place. Spoke to us very impolitely and insulted us. I literally snatched the money from the owners hand as we left. Disgusting attitude. Wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for a good experience

Hookahs start at $35 even on a Sunday. Outrageously overpriced. You can go down the street 5 minutes and get the same hookah for $14. Wouldn't recommend at all.

If you are looking for a quality hookah experience, Dubai Hookah Lounge is THE place to be. With the recent craze over hookah, there seems to always be a lounge in a neighborhood near you. Because of this recent spike in popularity much of the staff at these places lack the skill to prepare your hookah well, not the case for Dubai Hookah. (I recommend the double apple hookah flavor) Although it may seem simple there is an art in how it's prepared that goes far beyond packing it with the flavored tobacco of your liking. Being a hookah smoker for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of enjoying this relaxing experience many times in many parts of the world including the Middle East. How a hookah is maintained, the type of charcoal and how it's heated, to the quality of the tobacco used are only a few examples impacting the quality. Many newcomers to the experience can't distinguish the difference because they have minimal examples to compare it to. At Dubai hookah you can smoke the same pipe for long periods of time without tasting the burn of the charcoal. The flavor and smoothness you order almost seems to last indefinitely which speaks to their awesome preparation. In addition to the great hookah experience, the service is top notch, family owned business that takes pride in their work. They regularly check on you and do what's necessary to ensure you enjoy your time. They have great drinks, including fresh juices (I recommend the fresh mango) and quality teas. The arabesque decor and music also create a wonderful cultural experience.

Awesome place! This hookah lounge is more mature and has a true Arabic feeling to it. There is no hip hop here our ratchetry going on. It has business people, couples, people playing cards etc enjoying a nice hookah. The hookah is very high quality and lasts for a long time. They also provide authentic real charcoal and place new ones at no cost. Great value here! I ordered a mint tea as well. I thought it would be steeped in mint leaves but they just bring you regular tea and some mint leaves. You are supposed to just throw the mint in there. I felt that was a bit deceptive but I will let it slide. The service is good as well. The only downside is that there is no alcohol

I visited this establishment with a group of my friends. Im not sure who this gentleman was. He was introduced to us as the manager. But he was very aggressive standing over us demanding a spending limit for being a patron. SMH

I how come here twice with my sister from out of town and had a great time. I decided to come here with my family from NYC because of the great time I had before. my nieces ordered lamb and chicken over rice and it wasn't to their liking. they respectfully informed the waitress and they were prepared to order in place of the original order. the waitress stated that she had to inform the manager.He came over and my niece share that she did not the like the meal and wanted to order something else. he immediately became annoyed and said that she will still need to pay for the original meal in addition to the new meal. He was not trying to hear her out and started to become a bit combative. he said you "you took more than one bite." my niece stated " I took two spoonfuls to taste it. how can you gauge what I ate." He again became combative and was mot interested in "Making it right" and demanded that she still pay for the food. Again, I've been here two times before and love it. however, if this is the way you are going to treat your paying customers I will not return. Management needs to work on their presentation and how they handle their customers. We don't feel valued or welcome after this experience.

The service was absolutely amazing. We had a great time conversing with the owner and our servers, we felt right at home! The food was delicious and hot. Not to mention the ambiance was great with music!!

Understood the hookah's are cheap but they charge me for two when I only got one. Asked one of the servers if we were alright with leaving out she said yes, then we left and they charged me for two hookahs... Besides that its not worth it. Went on a Saturday and it was dead and the music didnt make it any better! Like it was a literal chill I could fall asleep vibes. My twin and I were wrapped in her jacket dozing off (we didnt leave because we paid)... then the hookah was dry as well... Alll I really have to say is FIRE THE DJ!! (Him was putting all of us in a leave this crapwhole vibe)

Great place, awesome people very friendly and welcoming, I have been going there for the past 5 years and i highly recommend for anyone who want hookah, drink and food lounge, this place is super great!!!!
