My dad and I got carry out on a Saturday night. Food was piping hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Always love the warm and cozy ambiance. Lots of college football games on. My dad got fish and chips. I ordered the burger. No doubt both would've been better eating there. Everything was soggy. Recommend looking into different to go container containers. My burger was cooked to order just a little bit, disappointed that it tasted like it had been frozen. My dad's fish could have been cooked longer. Fries were soggy. Four stars in that it's a great place and I recommend just maybe not getting it for carry out

On a beautiful fall October Sunday, what's better than taking a drive to Pinehurst for their drinks special. Then are known for their specialty Mimosas'. Service is good and the food OK. My husband asked for a medium hamburger and got a well done. I was excited to order from their tempora menu, just to find out it was just deep fried stuff. I love tempora style shrimp, I only like deep fried shrimp. There is a difference. I was disappointed. All in All a good restaurant to ppl watch and enjoy time with my love.

Fun buzz in this Irish pub In Pinehurst. Lots of memorabilia on the walls and shelves. Of course Arnie Palmer rules this den of amazing punts, sand trap pitches & miracle putts while sipping ice cold Guinness and bewildered by the bubbles going down! Terrific Clam Chowder followed by a lovely Reuben with house chips (ranch dip if you please). This is my 3rd visit to this scruffy little pearl in the golf capital of American but not my last. Torie our server was a sweet little Irish lass with big blue eyes, red hair and a smile to melt the most miserable golfer in the Carolinas

Delicious food and friendly pub! It was our first time at this local favored destination. Not too noisy but a great place for a small group of friends to gather. I had the pimento cheese and green tomato burger, just because it sounds so unique and southern. It was a well seasoned burger and was dripping with cheese. Must try! My wife loved her shrimp tacos and the Cobb salad was huge! Love to come back soon.

Casual pub-style spot. Good service, pretty good food. Nothing crazy but good for lunch and inexpensive.

Cute little place downtown. My son had a burger and thought it was one of his best ever. My soup was good but not hot which is always a problem. We enjoyed the inside but the patio is also great.

Met a few friends for lunch. Seating inside and out both very comfortable. There is also a bar with seating. The service was very good. Our waiter was pleasant and efficient . The Reuben, Monte Cristo and tacos were very good and generous with portions. We enjoyed a very pleasant lunch and we will be back.

Very mediocre experience. Health grade was a 90.0. Wait staff was not great. Food was reasonably priced but just not very good. We will not be back.

We brought our out of town guests to the Drum and Quill for dinner telling them that everything was good. I was wrong. My fish with the fish and chips tasted like it had been soaked in bleach water. Not good. The best thing about it was the crust. My French onion soup arrived with a lot of it missing. It was just a cup but looked like it had spilled coming out of the oven. Just 3-4 bites of soup, hardly any cheese and zero flavor. What broth there was, was soaked in a big old fat crouton. My husband's cup was much fuller. Our friend's chicken salad sandwich had judge hunks of chicken you had to bite in half, not chopped up. It used to be good every time we went but seems to have gone downhill in the last year or so. I hope they can get up to speed because we like the restaurant. There were other things but that's enough for now.
