Dragon Wok

We ordered from this place on Christmas Day because our usual place was temporarily closed. Big big mistake.My sha cha beef was almost entirely peppers and onions with barely any meat at all. The spring rolls were mushy and cold with hardly any filling. The dumplings didn't come with sauce!!The cashew chicken was good.The portions were very small and it was more expensive than our usual place. I wish we had just waited.

It's a dark day...When this is the best Chinese restaurant in the area, simply because the chicken taste like actual chicken and not some "mystery" meat. Don't act like you don't know what I am getting at either. The food...Is not seasoned all that wonderfully. Come here for a no frills dining experience at its most expensive! You do not get free fortune cookies or chopsticks with your food either. They have barely closed the gravy so it will spill all over your lap too. Atmosphere: This place has a mid level sanitation rating, I think a 94, and visible water, brown stains in the ceiling. A lighted sign where the lights are blown, and no one has bothered to replace them. There is silver duct tape conspicuously covering certain defunct menu items.The staff:A step up from "cold," The staff is just short of rude... No one goes out of their way to be especially friendly, helpful or nice. The bottom line is, it's slim pickings from decent Chinese eats. The two stars are relative. The "best" one is only the best because they actually provide real chicken, under seasoned food, mechanical dispositions and gummy noodles!

Dragon Wok came highly recommended so I decided to check it out for myself! The restaurant was very clean inside and outside, the staff spoke good English and were very polite!We ordered a few dishes for the family by phone; our menu consisted of chicken lo mein, egg foo young, chicken and broccoli, and egg rolls! When we arrived 15 later the food was ready and being placed in a bag for us, accompanied by several different sauces, chopsticks and fortune cookies! Once we got the bag home the family dived in, and I must say, they did not disappoint! The food was hot and fresh, the egg rolls were a crispy crunchy treat of Asian goodness and and the egg foo young was delicious! I enjoyed every bite and I will definitely order from Dragon Wok again!Update: I decided to go back for more of the amazing food I delighted in a few days ago and I have to say some of the items were not that good! The shrimp egg foo young was delicious but the little mein was a disappointment this time, it was a little greasy and not as flavorful as the previous order (maybe it was a different cook)! Maybe I'll stick to the egg foo young!

Ate here yesterday and later on that day had food poisoning this place needs to be closed down health department needs to be called I was sick for 3 days I don't know what's going on with there food

I should have listen to my husband and gone somewhere else. First off it took 5 random times of calling in the last 4 months to find a day they had a driver.The guy on the phone was rude as hell. Not just a dialectic issue. He was just rude. He keep saying yea yea I know what you want and would not let us finish talking. If it wasn't for the fact that he already had my card info I would have canceled.I'm definitely going to dispute the charge.The food was nasty, so dry you could choke on it. Egg rolls tough as rawhide.

This is the worst place to order delivery from!!! They served us a catering order of shrimp lo mein that had under 5 shrimps throughout the whole platter. The lo mein was so salty that we were unable to eat it. Mind you that it's my son's graduation , so when I called to tell them about the situation they were so rude and inconsiderate. I ordered delivery and they told me the only way to get things situated was to bring the food back myself. When I arrived , there were someone's kids up front in the lobby running around the whole restaurant , kitchen and all. The lady and gentlemen working in the back were definitely talking about me as I was waiting for my food to be remade. When she brought it to me she process to tell me she needed to take a picture of the remade food "just in case." Luckily I did take a picture of the lo mein that was DROWNING in soy sauce. I don't recommend this place to anyone in the Kannapolis/Concord area!! Very inconsiderate and rude, don't waste your money!

Asked for Hunan chicken no vegetables. Was told they can't do "no vegetables" but can make sure there is very light vegetables but they don't like to do that because then it looks like you didn't get a lot of food (which means they are just loading it with vegetables). But I said that was ok I just don't like the vegetables so no need to waste them. Got my meal and it was slam full of vegetables and once I picked them all out there were 4 measly pieces of chicken. Will not be back.

GROSS! This place is downright sad. My delivery order on 1-19-23: - steamed dumplings - These are basically a wad of raw dough sadly wrapped by a toddler around a ??MYSTERY MEAT SURPRISE??? - Szechuan beef - Delightfully gummy and flavorless with an overpowering "straight out of the bottle" sauce that will leave you quenching water like never before- "Fried rice" - came with my Szechuan dog food, pretty sure this is actually Spanish yellow rice??? Don't expect anything to be mixed into the rice, this brick is served with some chunk-o-carrot - "egg roll" - came with my nasty rice and gummy meat dish. Let's just remiss on how fun it was to unroll the layers of undercooked dough... I made it three times around!!Overall, this place is gross and had no respect for food or their customers. DO NOT ORDER!

We ordered online... it arrived in 1hour and 15 minutes... barely warm... and the crab rangoons were beautiful and crispy and Had a tiny tiny bit of the filling inside delivery driver very nice though

the food was horrible!! I ordered shrimp fried rice and what I got was a pint of dry fried rice with small boiled shrimp added to it!! who does that!! never going there again!!
