We decided on Chinese for dinner Christmas night, and this was one of the few places we found to be open. Turned out to be lucky for us. I thought the food was great, which I'm balancing against my wife's view that it was okay. I had the black pepper chicken lo mein, which I had never had before, and hot & sour soup. I would definitely get both again. The lo mein was outstanding, and the soup was some of the best hot & sour I have ever had. My wife went with simple broccoli & chicken, and I think she just made the wrong choice. Very bland and average. On our next visit, I'll remind her to get a little more adventurous on her choice.

Nothing better than a classic quick Chinese takeout food spot. The food was plentiful and delicious. Nothing wrong with the saucyness or the taste. All on point. Location is dated but that gives it its charm. Staff was nice and food was cooked quickly. If you are near Winthrop University give it a shot.

First time in SC and was looking for a nice asian place that was near. If you are looking for AUTHENTIC Chinese food with a lot of varieties then this is the place to go! Place is fairly clean, including the restrooms. Would highly recommend General Tso's dish under chef's specialties. You can never go wrong with hot and sour soup. The soup really awakens the taste buds, which is a really good sign! Their serving is also pretty good! The staff are also very friendly! I hope you try this place out!PS. They give HUGE water cups

Drove through the area and wanted some Chinese, so I stopped by here.It was an interesting spot. It offered a pretty large seating area, but there was no one else there during the lunch hour other than one man sitting alone, and it was dead quiet. No music played out front or in the back kitchen. I found myself humming unconsciously trying to fill the silence.All that being said, once the food was ordered, it took a few minutes to get some hot, fresh food. And it was good.I was ready to taste the bland fried rice I've been disappointed to find everywhere, which tastes of tap water and diced onions, but this rice actually had some flavors cooked in! My sesame chicken was the usual ratio of more dough than chicken, but the sauce was good. And the plain lo mein was a nice surprise, as I've never had one that had warm garlic undertones before.Overall, not bad. I wouldn't mind coming again and maybe trying out some of their sushi.

The food here is so tasty! We've ordered take out twice now and it has consistently been good. This will be our go to spot for Chinese take out. We ordered the General Tso's, beef lo mein and chicken on a stick with fries.

Great food for the price. I am always happy to order from here. The honey chicken is my favorite.

Got party sizes for the foods:Sesame Chicken/General Tso chicken - very good... I ate way too much than I should have...Shrimp fried rice- was pretty good! Maybe because I had such bad chinese food experience couple days before this but it tasted pretty good. Don't think they skimped on the shrimp.Vegetables in garlic sauce - pretty good, I think it was sort of expensive for the party trays for vegetables, but they all tasted goodGot large sizes for Bourbon chicken - was pretty good too, but I was too busy with the sesame chicken/General tso so if I had to choose I'd choose that over thispepper steak with onions - was pretty good tooWe ordered a LOT of food, so the lady also gave us extra rice, which was nice of her. They had a mic to order which was interesting and have this special box where you can take your food (COVID protocol) which I thought was cool.

Food was amazing rice perfect with green and white onions bourbon chicken perfect crisp. Service was great all smiles. I took my food to go but the ambiance was quiet and clean. PLEASE TRY THEM OUT.

I ordered bourbon chicken and my chicken was over cooked and the rice was extremely dark and so was my egg roll. Very disappointing! I do not recommend
