Looking for a traditional pizza parlor with counter service, slices, and a few tables and booths to dine in? DiMaggios offers subs, Italian dishes, whole pies, and slices. When I visited they had a special of 2 cheese slices and a fountain drink for $5.99. Cheese slices are typically $2.50 so that was a pretty good deal.They do not skimp on the toppings and my wife was impressed with the big chunks of ham. They have specialty pizzas with a variety of combinations- meat, chicken parm, etc - which I look forward to trying. My Stepson and his family moved from Mooresville to Moss Plantation in Concord a number of years ago/ We have had pizza from DiMaggios many times over the years and they were always good.What would happen in most cases, Russ would order Pizza and other fixing from DiMaggios and to pick it up since they were only 5 minutes away. There a couple of times when things were hectic with other events going on that Russ would order from DiMaggios and my wife and I would drive over and bring the food home.Always prompt and never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to pick up the order and get it home still piping hot.Granddaughter Riley was home from college this weekend getting ready for end of semester this weekend while Grandson Grayson was getting realy to finish up his Junior in HS. Another busy weekend.Susan and I volunteered to spring for lunch today and we ordered from DiMaggios before we left Denver NC on the way over and asked for the Pizza to be ready in about 25 minutes.Ordered the Italian Meat Lovers Pizza 16 inch size which is covered with Pepperoni, Meatballs, Sausage and Ham. Generally, the kids would have more than happy with just a plain Pepperoni Pizza but I wanted something else. In addition, there were two orders of the Garlic Knots.Perfect timing. Showed up just before the Pizza was coming out of the oven with the Garlic Knots now far behind.Went ahead and paid for it and as soon as it was ready, placed it in the car and we were at their house within five minutes.With pleasantries and greeting, did not dig in immediately but by the time we did, the pizza was still hot. The Marinara for the Garlic Knots was perfect.Definitely recommend.

Our pizza nights are with DiMaggios. We typically choose delivery or carry-out. Our favorite pizzas are the buffalo chicken and veggie. Our kids love the spaghetti with meatballs. The portions are large and we can typically make several meals off the order. They have quick service. If you all during high volume times expect a longer wait...but it is worth it!

Decent pizza. Service was quick. There was nothing particularly good or bad to make it stand out positively or negatively. Most of the business seemed to be takeout vs eating in.

Best meatball hero evah. The roll was very fresh and the meatballs large. Great marinara too.

Came in for a slice and some cheese bread to go. The girl hands me the box and says "thanks, have a good night". I go to my car and think, hmm, this box is awful light. It ONLY had my slice. I go back in and let the girl know and she says "oh, yeah, we're just finishing up the rest of it now". She knowingly let me leave without my full order the first time.But when I got home, I KINDA wished I just hadn't gone there at all. Opened up the cheese bread and there's a nasty hair just staring me in the face.

Food is good stable pizza pasta was ok. All slices are reheat so I have to order a pie to figure out how good the pizza really is. Deserts are stable if your looking for a decent spot I would stop for lunch.

Wanted to give a shout out for their gluten-free pizza! My niece was visiting & has to eat gluten free. She was very impressed with the flavor & texture of yours! So if anyone else has issues regarding gluten, this one rates pretty well!

Amazing pizza, wings, salads & subs are all wonderful. Fast delivery, amazing service.
