DeSano Pizzeria Napoletana - Waverly

Great pizza although a little pricey. Not too big of a deal because the quality is really good. Their pizza isn't filled with the same chemicals you'll usually see at other pizza places and you can taste the difference.

The pizza here is excellent and is one of the better options in the area for pizza. As its name says, they serve Neapolitan pizza. They make the pizza with the large wood oven that you can see as soon you enter. As it is with Neapolitan pizza, the crust is fluffy and it has a rich mozzarella taste.This style of pizza is meant to be eaten as soon as its is given to you. Luckily, DeSano has a huge indoor dining space. You can easily bring a large group here. The staff here was very friendly too.

Woodfire pizza! That should be all you need to read to know to check this place out, but I'll add a little kore just in case. You walk in and go to the counter for the menu and order. We just ordered a medium pizza, but they also offer canzone, cannolis, and lots of other delicious smelling items . They have a ton of seating inside as well as a smaller area outside to sit. It's definitely a place we will visit again

Many people may enjoy the food here, but it isn't for me. The calzone & pizza I had were drenched in olive oil and excessive garlic, leading me to believe that it might cause agiata later on. There was no discernible difference in the texture of the crust and body of the pizza. The flavors were decent ,when it was possible to taste them under the overwhelming assault of garlic saturating my taste buds . Perhaps Aglio Napoletana would be a more accurate name ?

Pretty mid pizza and very high pricing nothing crazy maybe a 7.2 on the one bite scale

Ordered Pepperoni Doppio @ 8:16pm from Waverly in Ballantyne got there @ 8:38pm.. asked young short blonde cashier about cost but she couldn't tell me so she asked another associate and that associate came straight in to tell me that he closed out his register and wasn't going take my cash and wasn't going to open up his register at all... but I didn't ask at any point for him to open up the register and no one informed me that I couldn't pay w/cash when I placed the order... so the abrasive behavior from the 2nd associate was unwarranted!! the 2nd associate then offered to give me the pizza for free due to the inconvenience But when he went to retrieve the pizza the pizza wasn't made!!! I said just forget it and ordered a pizza from Portofino's at 8:47 pm and picked it up at 8:58pm

Food came with something splash on it that i have allergies to and the service switched to be rude because i asked for a clean pizza and started to get more rude when they took forever the second time fixing the issue because i asked for refund. This place is good when it's not busy. They can't handle busy times in a nice way.

We went on New Year's Day for the first time. So glad this is close to our home and we now know how great it is. The pizzas were perfecto. Quiet place but assuming that's because we were there on a holiday. Great service.

This use to be my favorite place but last time I went they are the worst. They brought my order out after 25 min and they made it wrong. They were really rude about it and didn't even apologies about it they said we are busy with a party that we have...... like we are not customers as well. I will not return here and do not suggest it.

Pizza was the best I've ever had. Great location and fast service! A little pricey but you get what you pay for and in this case, it's great pizza.
