I don't know what everyone else's problem is, but this is one of the best shops around. We always get great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and wonderful buying experiences. I have even been dissatisfied with a product and returned it for store credit on the purchase of something else.

Denver Tobacco & Vape seems to be geared more towards the vape community in terms of their layout and selection, but my review is focused primarily on the cigar side of the house. The sign on the window says "Discount Tobacco," but I'm guessing that doesn't apply to the cigars. Holy high prices, Batman. As someone that smokes a lot of cigars, I typically buy cigars by the box online. It's impossible for any brick and mortar retailer to beat those prices, which I completely understand. However, it isn't uncommon to travel without cigars and have to stop into a local tobacco shop for a weekend supply. Typically, buying cigars in singles from a shop is $1-2 more per cigar than what you would pay by the box online, meaning you would save about $24 by buying a box online. However, Denver Tobacco & Vape's cigars were regularly priced $4-6/ea above this price. That's right: per cigar, bro. Here are some examples of some common/popular cigars. The Tabak Especial Toro Negra is around $7.95/ea online. DT&V is selling them for $12.99/ea. The Drew Estate Dirt Torpedo is around $3.25/ea online. DT&V is selling them for $10.99/ea. My Father's The Judge Grand Robusto, a fairly pricey cigar anywhere, is around $10.70/ea online. DT&V is $16/ea. Look, we expect to pay more for the convenience of walking into a tobacco shop and buying a few singles. No one would ever begrudge a store for being more expensive than online, but keep in mind that virtually any other cigar shop would be charging approximately $1-2 more than the online prices mentioned above. To put it into perspective - a box of My Father's The Judge will cost you $257 online, and $384 at DT&V. Compare that to any other product you have ever bought online and in store... would you expect to pay, or even accept paying 50% more for something in store? Probably not, and definitely not on a repeat basis. Here's to hoping their vape and accessory pricing is more in line with the competition, or this may be a short lived venture, which is unfortunate because Denver could really use a place like this.

This store hasn't been opened long and won't be if everyone that's walks in receives the same total lack of customer service that I did.I walk in and there is an older lady behind the counter, face down in a notebook doing paperwork. There's a young guy walking around the store I thought was a customer since he saw me and didn't speak to me or greet me in any way.I go and stand in front of the older lady, and it took her a minute or so look up from the notebook and realize she had a customer in the store. I ask for a 510 drip tip and got the deer in the headlights look. She then asks the guy walking around the store, which turns out to be an employee if they stock them and he says no.First of all vape shop employee that doesn't know what a 510 drip tip is and secondly they don't carry them when a 510 drip tip fits 99% of all sub-ohm tanks on the market today. Plus no further offer to help me get one such as ordering me one. No sorry we couldn't help you, just a flat NO and that was the end of the conversation. At that point they just went about their business like I wasn't even in the store.I just walked out and went home and ordered one from eBay.Tried to give local business a chance and that's what I got.Two visits in one first and last. You will never, ever see me in this store again for any reason.

Do NOT shop here. They sold me a $100 vape that had clearly been opened. They told me if there was any issues to bring it back. I got home and it didn't work so took it back and was told to go to Map Vapes to exchange as they were a factory rep. What!?! I tried but they said no . I also bought vape juice from them, I am there a few times a week and ALWAYS get the same kind. Got it home used it and it was menthol. They would not exchange it so once again I am out of money . Check out the picture of where it says ice and they asked why I opened it. Straight scammers!! Never again!! BEWARE!!!

Wish you could pick NO stars!! Absolutely horrible!! Bought a $50 vape and was told it was the EXACT same as the one I currently had in my hand, only difference was the one I was about purchase was newer. The guy could not of been more wrong. It was 3xs thicker and very uncomfortable to hold. When i brought it back to return he tells me I cant and replies with "Oh my bad"?? That don't fix the $50 I just wasted due to you telling me incorrect info about your product?? Won't be returning to this place!! I recommend shopping at Madvapes where the staffs way more knowledgeable and you can return things you buy and dont like!!!
