Deli St

This is a fun little gem a little bit outside of the main plaza area on Central Ave. I was in the area recently and wanted a quick lunch so they seemed like a natural choice. It's a mix between a market a deli, and a craft beer joint to hang out and have a few cold ones. The service was a little slow but very friendly. Definitely feels like a laid back neighborhood hangout as opposed to the busy delis you see getting customers in and out. The toasted sandwich I had was very good with fresh bread and ingredients, and they have a lot of delicious sounding menu items that would certainly keep me interested in going back for a visit. If I lived in Plaza Midwood I would frequent h to us place for lunch, and I'll stop by in the future if I ever find myself over there.

This place always come through in the clutch. They have good sandwiches and bowls, a variety of desserts, and smoothies. I do not care for the coffee, as it's very mediocre. Giving them 4 stars because I can go to a lot of other sandwich places in Charlotte for cheaper, so this isn't my first choice I just save it for a rainy day.

This is a good spot to grab a quick casual breakfast or lunch. I had the Cindy's Turkey sandwich. Sounds like blah but it's not at all. The mix of flavors and textures was really good- try the bollilo bread that they make in- house. Also the staff was super friendly- the type who remember you and what you usually order. This was my first time here. I'd definitely go back.

Mmmmmm my beloved Deli St! One thing that I loveeeee is a good bagel! You know one that is soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. I feel as though a good bagel is hard to come by in Charlotte but the ones at Deli St are delishhhhhhh. What I love about Deli St is that they have classics but also things that are new and different! Being just off of Central Ave. it's definitely a must try!!Did I mention that they have a drive through!

Food is ok, however their customer service is absolutely horrible. I would prefer to support small local businesses, but twice now I've received an incorrect order and upon asking to resolve it (aka provide me with the correct order) their employees have refused or been very combative when asking to correct the order. Additionally, their online menu is very difficult to navigate, so it is a huge deterrent from placing orders since it's so difficult to order ahead.

This is not a $ deli but more like a $$ one. With that said, the sandwiches were excellent. They were made to order and all the ingredients were fresh. They were tasty and ample. They had a good selection of chips and refrigerated drinks. There was seating inside and outside. They also had other items like muffins, coffee and even serves breakfast. There were also vegan/vegetarian selections

Boy am I lucky to find this gem I visited Deli St at 12:30p on a Sunday, at peak brunch time! The food and drinks came out so quick and at such a great quality, consider me impressed! Even though it was obviously during a rush, the staff was friendly and got it done! Who doesn't love a vegan and gluten free accommodating menu. And not to mention the cozy atmosphere! I ordered the Vegan Beyond Breakfast Wrap and my boyfriend the Country Club. It's such a plus for me to find somewhere with lots of vegan options but also some familiar favorites for my non veggie friends Definitely will be coming back to our new favorite breakfast spot

Got a green juice which is fine and happy to get one. They lose two stars for literally not having prices. The guy behind the counter was like yeah we don't have prices on the menu. The online menu on their site wasn't working either. Transparency is important to me and they are clearly trying to hide what they are charging. Unfortunately lost two stars for trying to be sneaky.

Tons of vegan options. The environment is very appealing, there are tons of options and the staff is super helpful and friendly, I got the El Chingón and was super delicious, which included tofu scramble that was spot on. Will definitely be a go to for me in the Charlotte NC area.
