Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse

We've been to this location several times, and every visit has been a great experience! The food is always delicious, the ambiance is inviting, and the service is top-notch.A special shoutout to our server, Ms. Brittany--she was fantastic! So polite, very informative, and even cracked a few jokes along the way. Her genuine and friendly attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back again!

5/5, great experience! I went last night which was the third day of restaurant week or "amateur week" as some call it. They were SLAMMED and yet the service was so good you would think they had a server for each customer. I sat at the bar and it was a relaxed atmosphere with football on. I decided to go with their restaurant week menu because of the 8oz filet on it. I started off with their honey butter glazed bread, this was INSANE! I had to stop myself from eating it and ruining my appetite! Their Caesar salad was large and the croutons were not at all stale, a light crunch that was perfect! The steak was as good as I've had. I got it by itself so it could stand alone and it sure did! Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked to my liking. The dessert, a chocolate mousse was small in size, but so incredibly decadent and rich that the size was actually perfect! I fully plan on being back during non-restaurant week time.

Time to dust off the white gloves and shine up those shoes-it's a fancy night at Del Frisco's Steakhouse. Pro tip: while the burger isn't on the menu, you can still ask for it. I said, "Cheeseburger me," and they delivered.The 6 oz patty was top-notch-perfectly cooked to medium, expertly seasoned, and undeniably high-quality. If you ever doubt that premium meat makes a difference, Del Frisco's will change your mind.I kept it classic and simple with American cheese and minimal extras-sometimes less is more. Be prepared to pay over $20 for this burger, but it delivers on flavor.My verdict: Del Frisco's burger earns a solid60-minute rating.

The restaurant itself is such a gorgeous space! The dining experience unfortunately was not really up to par when I visited this week. It was pretty dead in there so we sat at the bar and it took at least 25 minutes to even get a drink. It took well over an hour and 20 minutes to get food and steak came out under cooked and cold. There were several shells in my oysters. Lastly we had $100 in laundry's rewards point and bc their computer was "glitching" they told us they couldn't use our rewards gift card which was about to expire in 2 days. That's just poor customer service especially after the subpar experience.

I came here for our anniversary dinner and loved everything about this place! The restaurant feels like a typical steakhouse with moody lighting and a fancier ambiance.To start, we got the Shanghai-Style Fried Calamari which was amazing and I love calamari in general. We also shared their lobster mac and cheese which was very tasty and my favorite here in Charlotte so far. For the main dish, I got their Pan Seared Scallops which was very tasty and as I expected them to be. Our waiter was very nice with the overall service and was able to give us great recommendations and wanted to know us a bit personally to make the experience more inviting.

The few times I've had the pleasure of dining at del frescos have been nothing short of excellent. The food always speaks for itself, it's not cheap, for good reason. We started with an assortment of apps: First, the meatballs were wonderfully prepared, ground wagyu and perfectly tender yet held together well. Second, the cooked thick cut bacon app was a hit as always, a great peppery crust with a nice Smokey flavor. Third, the oysters were some of the best I've ever had, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Then everybody at the table besides my wife and I had the lobster bisque, you could actually see huge pieces of claw meat, a rare occurrence when ordering lobster bisque at any other restaurant!I had the blue cheese wedge and, once again it's another item that happens to be one of the best I've ever had in its own category. My dry aged steak was so rich flavorful and beefy, and the Oscar's style topping was the perfect pairing.Butter cake did not disappoint. Neither did the lemon cake or cappuccino. My only complaint is that the salads and soup came out before the apps which is not normal and we were told the kitchen was backed up. Hard to be mad about that when everything else was so well done

Love this steakhouse, the ambience is very nice with a dark but rich lighting and a lot of space to enjoy a nice dinner. Service is always top-notch, not much wait and we'll constantly check if you are satisfied. The bread is absolutely amazing, I had to ask for more. We also got the calamari and it was amazing, had a sweet and spicy kick to it! Now for the best part, the I got the ribeye, medium rare, with mashed potatoes and it was amazing.

I went for their annual toys for tots Christmas party. It was a great time. Live band, some passed apps, everyone in good spirits. The wait staff was great and food was delish as well. It did get extremely crowded at the bar area so if you didn't have a reserved dinner time definitely had to practice patience with the bar staff as they were very busy. But they handled it gracefully.

From the time we walked in the door, everyone was friendly and positive. You can tell they hire great people and have good training. Wonderful food and service. Sasha was our server who was top notch. Well done.

My overall rating: good but not great. And always make a reso! I'd give 2.7 / 5. I have to start off with the service! Our waiter was exceptional and really knew his stuff! He explained the menu items in great detail and helped pick some of our dinner options. The drink menu was basic - mojito, margarita, Paloma. There are no craft cocktails, which was kind of a bummer. This place is definitely old school and the vibes reflect this. Gorgeous building but most of the patrons were also that, old, ha ha. The food unfortunately for me was average. It was definitely tasty, and my filet was cooked perfectly, but my favorite items were the truffle twice baked potato & strawberry hibiscus cheesecake (not the steak or apps)
