Love this place. Some of the best coffee period!! Great service too. Oh and insane fresh made granola!! So good we get it shipped to us in ATL.

Do you like extremely slow service, badly pulled shots, mumbled quiet communication when your drink is ready, and a sandwich that looks and sounds good but somehow is bland (including the bacon!) then this is the place for you!

I saw Defined Coffee a lot on social media so I decided to try it. I got the vanilla cardamom latte. Overall, the latte was good. It wasn't overly sweet. The roast was smooth and not robust. I asked to be able to use my to-go mug and was denied. Instead of asking if I wanted one of their mugs to drink the coffee in the shop, I was automatically given a to-go cup. I do wish they had asked because I would have just used their mugs.I sat inside of the shop and read. It was a busy Saturday morning with lots of families. It was slightly nosier on this day so maybe not the best if you are looking for a quiet space to read or work. I do think the space is great for meeting up with friends and being social!

I loved this coffee shop! The staff are friendly and happy to answer questions, the interior is decorated nicely and has a cute/earthy aesthetic, and the food and coffee tasted great! I also enjoyed their alternative/indie music choice. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Some helpful tips:- They do have some breakfast/lunch food options available other than pastries, but the menu is on the side wall behind the register so it can be hard to notice at first- Their hours are 7am-5pm Monday-Saturday, Closed on Sunday- They have free wifi, password is DrinkUp!- Plenty of parking available- Plenty of seating available- Great place to meet up with friends or go on your own to get some studying/work done

As a Los Angeles native, having been to many many many coffee institutions, this place is legit. Great lighting, chill atmosphere, and they roast their own beans. Baristas are very nice too.The sunrise latte had a nice orange tang to it, which surprisingly complimented the coffee well!

What a cute coffee shop + full on view of the roaster!I'm always a sucker for a local coffee shop & happy that Defined Coffee found its place in Mooresville. The shop is so welcoming, airy, & inviting. Staff is extremely nice & efficient with getting your order together. This particular morning I ordered a 12 oz. salted caramel latte & a blueberry muffin to go. My latte art was a very cute heart, that was perfect! Also, the muffin was huge! My sister & mom greatly appreciated it & said it was tasty! My latte was AMAZING! Temperature-wise & taste, it was so good, I could have had another! Plenty of seating inside, great food & coffee choices. Plenty of parking outside. Reasonable prices.

4.5 stars. Good coffee but quite expensive for this area. My entire family ordered coffee drinks with oat milk lol:- Latte was good, creamy, and smooth- Macchiato was very strong and bitter. Rather too bitter for my dad, so we combined his macchiato with my latte, and then we split that combo drink lol. - Matcha was good and naturally unsweetened, which my sister liked. Ambiance was cute, open, and airy. Service was very friendly. Only con of this place is that the coffee is on the pricier side. Plus, the oat milk substitute costs $1, which is on the steeper side too--add that up over 3 drinks, and it's not cheap ‍ Hence, docking 0.5 star.

Stopped by the other day and grabbed a maple latte, matcha latte, and sugar cookie - staff were nice, and vibes were good inside. Would recommend and will be back again.

Their lattes are my favorite in Mooresville and you can tell that they really care about the quality of their coffee. My favorite is their seasonal latte, the ginger beard. The vibe is great and tons of space to work in the shop!

Such a good americano! The baristas are so sweet and this place has a very nice atmosphere.
