Deejai Food Truck

Deejai Thai Food Truck comes to my apartment and has made to order, fresh, and tasty food. The crab rangoons have so much crab in them. They make everything to order so it does take 15 min or so to get the food, but it's always fresh, hot and great! A personal favorite not pictured are the Thai fried wings! So good.

This review is for the food truck only.I have given the food truck two chances, but it left much to be desired both times.The service is good enough. Always prompt and friendly. As for the ambiance--it's a food truck. It always looks clean and well-organized inside but is cheapened by the picture menu pasted outside.I've had Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Spring Rolls, and Dumplings. All left much to be desired. Each dish lacks authentic Thai flavor, all with the same soggy texture and slight flavor of dishwater, even when eaten nearly instantly.The experience at the food truck has made me hesitant to try the standing location. Not sure that I could be convinced at this point.

Caught up with them at NoDa brewing. The steamed dumplings were delicious. I also ordered the orange chicken and the portion was huge, probably should have saved half of it for dinner that night! It comes with steamed white rice and steamed veggies. Glad I was able to catch them while I was visiting Charlotte!

We discovered Deejai at Market at Eleven. The food was amazing. We started with crab ranging and ordered the pad thai. We had it medium and it had amazing flavor not too spicy at all. We hope they're back next month because we want to try more items.

You HAVE to get the lemongrass pork and shrimp! The flavors are well balanced and the pork is so tender. It was a little bit longer of a wait for everything but well worth it. Their chicken satay was not dry and the side dipping sauces were delicious. My one and only complaint is that I didn't order more pork (haha).

Excellent curry! Our housing community had the truck stop by for dinner hours and I was very impressed-just like their restaurant-excellent!

Great authentic food!!! Tried the lo mein, drunken noodles, lemongrass pork and shrimp, and the red curry. Everything was hot and freshly made. The person who took the order was very nice and put up with a lot of my questions. Portions are big too. Definitely a must try when you see them around.

this food is delicious. i ordered online it was ready on time and hot. prices are reasonable and portions are large. I'm looking forward to this food truck returning to my community.

I cannot speak to the quality of their food, as their truck has failed to show up every time they were scheduled. As such, they are unreliable and I cannot recommend them.

Horrible service and ordering experience. Very aggravating to need a user account just to place an order, especially when this is the preferred method of ordering for the business and you don't realize this until the last step in placing your order. Just went somewhere else.
