Dairi-O - Clemmons

The place is clean and bright.Employees are nice, friendly and helpful.I sadly couldn't enjoy the ice cream (no dairy free options) Our kids absolutely love their ice cream.

All for giving fast food 5 stars if the food is delicious, restaurant is clean and service is excellent and this is what this Dairo consistently provides!Visited today and had a delicious, filling meal with the family after a visit to Tanglewood Park. The cashier, Gail, was very kind and made us feel welcome. Our order was accurate and hot! The restaurant was clean and love the music choice of Christian music as well.My husband and I got double cheeseburgers with seasoned fries and they were delicious as always as we expect from Dairo. My one daughter got a junior hotdog meal and my other got a junior hamburger meal. They definitely could have shared as the portions are very large! To finish it off, you can't go to Dario without ice cream, I got a soft served dipped cone, my one daughter got a milkshake and the other got swirl soft serve. The ice cream is creamy and just perfect in my opinion. The portions are also huge for ice cream too!

As part of my sampling the fried chicken sandwiches in the area, I stopped in to try the offering here.This is a pretty solid fried chicken sandwich, in fact, it is better than most national fast food chains. It is of a decent size, probably around 6 ounces, bigger than the one offered by Chick-fil-A, but then almost all are, whether a local spot or a national chain!The fillet was nicely battered and fried, resulting in a nice crunch when you bite. The meat was tender and was not dry, the main problem with fast food chains.This was a good sandwich, and a nice value at $5.49.

Dairi-O is a local favorite!Food is always fresh and hot and I have yet to find something I don't like on the menu. Their burgers and hotdogs are amazing and they have several topping options to choose from. Chili is great quality as well.I often time get the chicken strips-they're white breast chicken and not full of fillers like what you'd imagine at a fast food restaurant. The homemade ranch is also a showstopper.Definitely stop by, you won't be disappointed. This location is consistently great and is conveniently located.

The drive through here can be a bit busy sometimes with the interstate so close by. Other than the sometimes longer busier waits, the service is good. It's on par with all Dairi-O for food. Great ice creams and burgers, fries, shakes

If you're gonna go to a chain restaurant to get a hot dog, then Dairi-O should be your first choice. The frankfurters are of a good quality, and they're cooked without being turned into dried limbs; they still have snap, moisture, and flavor. The hot dog buns used here are delicious and fresh, with a split top design that does a far better job of carrying condiments and toppings than the traditional side-open bun. The slaw is probably a little sweeter than I'd prefer (kinda wish they would offer red slaw, but this is no barbecue joint), but in all other respects the makings of an all-the-way dog (chili, onions, mustard and slaw) are tasty and well proportioned. And thanks to a proper bun, they stay on the hot dog rather than ending up down your arm, on the tray, in your lap, or on the floor.The Clemmons location of Dairi-O is rarely slow for business. Even then, the staff does a good job of turning out orders quickly and accurately. The restaurant has a lot of space inside, with various indoor and outdoor seating options. It's a rather loud location though, which I'm sure is due in part to the large crowds, the concrete floors, and the glass and metal used throughout. It pains me a bit to pay ten bucks for a two dog combo, but to be honest such lofty prices seem to be the way of the world now, so while I wouldn't call eating here a great deal it's not out of line compared to other fast food options.

Good is above average for fast food. The service is usually good although I've had a few instances when there could have been improvement

First thing first Dario is a fast food restaurant, and looking at it through that lens it is excellent. I have been eating a Dario for many years and have yet to be disappointed. They have a very solid burger and hot dogs with plenty of options for toppings. They have standard crinkle cut fries but they season them very well. Compared to other fast food restaurants the quality to price ratio easily eclipses any other fast food restaurant. They also have an excellent selection of ice cream and milkshakes. My personal favorite is the butterfinger flurry, which is essentially a McFlurry from McDonald but much better. The line for the drive through can get quite long but they have an efficient system and generally are able to get your food out quickly even if the line is wrapped around the building like it frequently is. Don't over think it, if you are in the mood for a fast food burger, skip the Golden Arches and give Dario a try.

This was my first experience eating from here. The tables were cleaned. As it was my first time here it took me a little while looking at the menu. I ordered a Tomato Basil soup and to go along with I also got a grilled cheese sandwich. The soups was really good and it stayed hot till the end. Also the portion of the soup was really good for the price. I was a tad disappointed with the grilled cheese. As you can see the cheese was barely melted. The bread was nice though. I like dipping it in my soup. I would definitely come back for the soup. Some tables had outlets where you could charge your phone.

Probably my favorite hot dogs in Clemmons. Bread is always toasted and buttery. Toppings are generous. Fries are well seasoned too.
