Dahlia's

The drinks are certainly unique ... but almost to a fault. While I appreciate the creativity and diversity on the menu at Dahlia's , I think incorporating some more traditional options could really elevate this place and make it even more appealing.

Cute little bar with great music! I have only been once so not sure if the music changes every night but I went on a Saturday and i didn't want to leave! my friend and both ordered empanadas which were tasty. i really liked the sauce. they have mocktail options which i appreciate because I don't drink alcohol. staff were helpful and friendly.

Such a cute place. Luckily I went during a non busy time.. around 2pm on a Sunday so we got to experience the place while it was calm. I love the decor with the live plants. The bartender was very nice and made sure we had a good time since we were celebrating a birthday. The drinks were good and presented nicely.

This place is gorgeous on the inside and the pictures of the fancy and unique drink menu called me to check it out , but... the bartenders are not nice or helpful and will outright ignore you if you don't look familiar or if you don't look like you are spending. I had high expectations for the level service based on location, interior atmosphere and management but to no avail. I thought this was going to be on my favorites list and go to for my uptown visits ... Disappointed isn't the word, they need a redo as far as bartenders go! Some of the worst ones I've ever experienced!

Nice place with beautiful esthetics but I witnessed a gentleman who worked there (possibly a manager), take these two young women's full drink they purchased from the Novelty roof top bar (in the same building) and poured them out due to a policy that the young ladies were unaware of that they have a different liquor license than the roof top bar, so drinks weren't allowed in that area despite them coming to the floor only to use the restroom. If Patrons are not aware of this "policy" they shouldn't be penalized by getting their drinks taken away and disposed of

I really loved the ambiance here; the patio was open last night. It was a great vibe initially. The cocktail I tried was decent, but my experience with ordering charcuterie was not satisfactory. The charcuterie I ordered had 2 meats and 3 cheeses. It was delivered with 1 meat and 2 cheeses. When I brought up the missing prosciutto, our server was very apologetic. The manager offered to bring the prosciutto, so we accepted. We didn't notice the missing cheese until later, so my guest went to let the manager know this. She also let him know that we'd rather just not have the dish. The manager was visibly annoyed with us and came to collect the charcuterie. Word of advice to management- if you have a menu full of different types of charcuterie, it's distasteful to try and charge $35 for anything less than what you describe on your menus. You can't be mad at paying customers for changing their minds when they realize what's happening. We went downstairs to Saku, and had a great meal with drinks. There are better places in the same building for girls night!

I know the bar has the capability to be warm. It's winter, why would you not use that? Plus taking all of the plants out of the ceiling and putting them on the entrance wall, rookie moves. Bring back the former glory. The old fashioned was great. But that's it.

Rolando was amazing. He even indulged into our weird drink request. He and his staff were awesome, and my friend and I had an amazing experience, and I look forward to visiting again

This place is amazing. I am from Charlotte and have never seen such a great concept. The ambiance is upscale and has a plant wall as soon as you enter the space. The owner came over and introduced himself and told us a lot of the ideas and concepts that went in to creating such a nice place. The bar lights up and the drinks were really good. We went in for a quick drink and ended up being one of the last people to leave. Always happens to me when I am having a great time. If you are looking for an upscale place with good music and good drinks this is your place. I don't post a lot but I had to let everyone know how great this place was. Enjoy.

Spoke to owner who was very helpful and handled the matter professionally as reggie (with the small r) should have initially! Blame 3 star on him, otherwise a vibe for a light night.
