CW Steakhouse Ballantyne

Very cute, intimate steakhouse in the heart of Ballantyne. I went for Jazz Sunday and the music provided the perfect ambience. Service was awesome and food was delish although I will say portions pretty small for price. I only got a couple apps, the pork belly and the bang bang shrimp. Both were very flavorful. I would go back to try other items. Love the decor of the place. Classy and slightly vintage.

It's the Italian restaurant, but now a steakhouse, but not really, same owners? Listen, nice people, ok food, steaks are charred very heavily, if your into that. We had four cuts, one was good, two were not good, one was ok. Two sides, one wasn't good, but the potatoes were great. Limited wine menu, great dessert. Pricey. Premier steakhouse pricing. I hope they get some identity and make it, it's not my place to bash a dream. The real is though, there's way too many options, way too close by. Good luck C dub.

Just an opinion. Went there for Queens feast. French onion soup barely any broth. Ribeye was really delicious however barely and Mashed and veggies were disappointing. Wife's salmon sorry was not flavorful. When we ordered desert only 3 choices which was fine, however out of 2 of them. I didn't get dessert. During meal they were out of fresh whipped cream, prickly pear syrup for my cocktail and then Two out of three dessert. No discount offered and no visit from a manager. I was hoping to really like it. For those prices $140 for 2 you can do better.

Ok Chef, you and your incredible food and cocktails made this a place a must return to location again and again when I am back in Charlotte. Let me begin by saying that the Rum Father is hands down, one of THE BEST COCKTAILS I have ever enjoyed and wish I could order them by the liter, premixed for delivery to me down here in Florida. Outstanding and well done!!! Now let's dish about the food!! It is delicious!! On may items, we ordered second and third helpings. The steaks, deliciously seasoned and cooked perfectly to ordered temps! Appetizers - really fun and so delicious!! I want to say again that I'll be coming back for sure!! My only constructive criticism is about consistency. As I mentioned, we ordered a few dishes over and over again, like the pork belly - which is OUT OF THIS WORLD when properly reduced and seared off, by the 3rs round, we noticed the inconsistency and didn't finish that last round. But do not be discouraged! We were a large party and with a full restaurant the night we went, likely bogged down the kitchen and threw them off ordering more appetizer rounds after ordering our meals! So, keep up the good work - I'm still giving 5/5 stars and will definitely be back!!

Prices are over the top. Food, service, and atmosphere are great. That said, two scallops for $67, brussel sprouts that serve two $33, 6 oz. Filet for $81 etc, etc cannot be justified.
