I finally made it to Cuzzo's Cusine and I have to say I'm glad I went. I ordered the Wings (lemon pepper), Shrimp, Tenders (jerk) & Fries combo.WingsLemon Pepper wangz!!!! I love when the wing flavor is cooked into the wing and not dipped in sauce after cooking. And they were fried hard.....didn't even have to ask.ShrimpOMG OMG I could eat a whole bowl of their shrimp. Fresh Seasoned well JuicyTendersI didn't really enjoy the tenders. They were lukewarm with jerk sauce doused on them. When I arrived the sign said "no dining in" which was fine, but I had to read the sign to my disabled uncle so I took a quick seat. The first young lady told me we couldn't dine in so I explained what I was doing and she was ok. But the second little girl was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Check your customer service.We order our food and AFTER we pay they tell us it's a 45 minute wait. TERRIBLE!! That's something you state beforehand so we can make that decision.Since we already paid and were there we waited.The food was absolutely delicious but the service sucked!I would try it again but make sure you have an extra 45 min to spare.

Cuzzos Cuisine II gets a 10/10 from me! The food was delicious, the portions were large, the staff was friendly, and we barely waited any time for our food. I've heard so much about their wings and lobster mac so I had to try it and it did not disappoint. I also tried their delicious peach cobbler that can be enjoyed a la carte or as a dessert. Their menu is so extensive that you can return numerous times and get something new everytime. But forreal....try the wings first.

Still one of my favorite food trucks in Charlotte. Great comfort food and customer service.In a previous review, I did have a bad experience. But hey, mistakes happen. The truck was near work again today and even though I packed my lunch, I thought some shrimp sounded good. I placed my order and was ready to pay. The young lady taking orders was then like we messed up your order last time and owe you some tenders. The fact they know their customers that well shows me great customer service. I was still in the mood for shrimp so they took care of my meal. I ordered the kids size shrimp and lobster Mac. This is a trick I learned. I never can finish a full size meal and feel stuffed if I do eat it all. They feed you well here. This meal is consistent. Still the best shrimp. Perfectly fried and seasoned served with a Cajun tarter sauce. And lobster Mac has chunks of lobster, creamy and tons of cheese. One day I will make it out to the restaurant. Until then, I hope to catch the truck around town.

Would love to go back but my first time was a waste of money!!!! After standing there for well over 30 minutes, I had to keep asking about my food!! Finally getting my food some 40 minutes later! I took home to eat and it was not right!!! That's was a long 40 minutes for under cooked and bad service!

The lobster mac and cheese and the mambo cauliflower are tremendous (only items we tried on this trip). Parking is limited and prices are reasonable given how good the food is.

A group of us, were taking forever to decide what to eat, because we all wanted something different. Someone found this menu and then we all said yes and got the same Lobster Mac n Cheese, just different side items. Two of us ordered fried shrimp, someone got chicken. I also ordered a side of zucchini and squash. We ALL Loved the Mac n Cheese. Flavorful, not too cheap with lobster, and seasoned. Pretty much everyone was loving their plates. For those who wanted veggies, the zucchini and squash was even good. Only negative. I ordered and paid for a specialty drink and didn't get it. It's partially my fault, because I forgot to check. Support this business. It's not hard with their amazing food.

Visiting on vacation hears so much about the Lobster Mac it was ok. Wanted to order fish but they only had Flounder and the prices for everything was way expensive.

Been wanting to try Cuzzo's at Premium Outlets so I went today. I had the wings and fries. First of all, I was told uou got 6 wings. Well, I actually got 3 flats and 3 drummies. That's not 6 wings. At best, that's 3! So I guess going forward I have to ask if I'm getting a full wing or am I getting wingettes. Then to top it off, my 6 wingettes were so overcooked, dry and hard I couldn't even eat them. I won't go back. I really thought they were going to do better.

I've went to Cuzzos Cusine a couple of times and each time, I was hoping that my experience would be at least an okay one. But I was let down and I really wanted to enjoy myself. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again. Of course it wasn't and that's why I'm leaving this review. I'm 100% on supporting local businesses and especially black owned businesses because it's already hard as is for everyone. However, I cannot support Cuzzos Cuisine in Charlotte NC. Needless to say the reason why this business is getting a 1-star review for me is because for one the staff is horrible They are not friendly and their attitudes are atrocious. How they speak to the customer is terrible. Then, the food is overpriced for what you get. Both the Fish and baked Mac and cheese was dry and the Mac and cheese were burnt. It was almost $20 with tax and it's presented in a plastic Togo containers. The bottled lemonades are $4.95 each. This is 3-4star food prices with a 0-star experience. I felt like I was literally in the twilight zone. The audacity of the prices and giving that type of experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. You will be disappointed by the ambiance, food, prices, and their employees.
