The manager stole my money, my vape I had just bought wasn't working he told me if I had the package I said it is in your garbage can I'll grab it and he said no and that he won't replace my vape he sold me for one that was working and that I'm shit outta luck he stole my money and pretty much said kick rocks both of my vapes I bought didn't work but i stuck it out the first time now im done I do not recommend any of their service honestly this place should be monitored they are straight robbing people I watched 3 people before I walked in walk out pissed as hell and this lazy manager doesn't seem to gaf whoever owns the place needs to check their staff first time in this state and this dude robbed me lol Eat sh*t bro

BE CAREFUL, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THE EMPLOYEES WILL LIE TO MAKE A SALE.Went into the local store hoping to get a new tank and coils before a week long trip to Vegas. I showed the staff what I currently use and they eagerly sold me a Aspire tank along with a 5pack of coils. While the tank and .7v coil it came with worked fine, the replacement coils were 1.7v and burned the crap out of my throat. I had told the staff that I used my current juice at 28watts and they assured me that the 1.7v coils would work fine at that wattage. I returned from my trip yesterday and expected to go in and get replacements for what I had bought but was told all sales were final. So here I am, out $40-50 for trusting their employee. He was a nice guy but obviously just wanted to make the sale.My advice would be to do your own research before buying anything from this store. Heck, if you do your own research just buy online and save yourself the hassle and some money. Most online retailers accept returns as well!I am contacting the BBB and also disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

This is easily my favorite vape shop in Matthews. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Specific shoutout to Kady who is awesome, and has patiently helped me try new juices on many occasions. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Great deals and friendly faces, two thumbs way up! Thanks guys! You rock!Josh N.

Terrible experience here. Horrible customer service, the representative was combative and when I asked for a pamphlet or information to read up on CBD I was told all the information available was what I was told... the only information they did have for me was about cbd dog treats... which wasn't relevant to my visit.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Employees are very rude. Very unhelpful and unknowledgeable about their products that are VERY over priced. I will not be returning. They accused me of buying for someone else because I asked a question about a product I never used that they didn't know the answer to!!! Attempted to charge me $40 for something that was $15 at another shop. Ridiculous!

This place is terrible. The guy lied to me told me they didn't make the exit that I wanted anymore and tried to sell me some $80 product. Then I wen to QT and got what I wanted for $15. Beware this shop is a con!!! If I could give a negative rating I would
