CupLux Coffee Drive-Thru

I was looking for a smoothie place close by my job & came across this cute spot . I have been here multiple times in the past two months. Friendly & quick service every-time. I have tried just about every smoothie they have with the exception of the fruit explosion & the ginger mango. The strawberry banana is my favorite! I tried the bacon, egg & cheddar breakfast sandwich this morning & it was delicious! Will be back of course :)

It is hard to give a review on this one . I got 2 different drinks made completely different . One drink was very good(wife's drink) the second drink tasted like it had soured milk in it and was completely undrinkable . By the time I got to tasting it I was back on the road . I know things happen and milk/ milk alternatives products go bad and things slip thru .Based on the 1 good drink I would give a 3.5* maybe a 4*I can not in good conscience rate the second drink due to the fact that both of us believe it was soured from a bad product

Happened to stumble on this gem. Who doesn't like skeletons for a mascot?! Their smoothies are fresh and their traditional vanilla latte was more flavorful and delicious than you'd find at Starbucks.

I'm not sure why we've waited so long visit our neighborhood coffee shop, but we've made up for it by visiting three (yes, three!) times this week.We're loving the chai and matcha lattes. I've tried the chai, both hot and iced. The convenience is great, and the staff is always friendly.

I'm not sure what is happening, but two muffins and two small iced coffee drinks cost 20 dollars AND the coffee tastes like milk only. Three times we have had this happen. Quality is going down here. The service has been great, but if the quality of coffee product (the mainstay of their core business). My husband and I had to throw our coffee away twice and drive over to NotJustCoffee to get what we wanted. When we complained to the barista about the coffee, and asked for another shot, she literally gave is another shot of espresso in a separate cup for us to mix it on our own. While the concept here is great, the quality is rapidly declining that will put this business in a permanently closed status very soon if they cannot get it right. We are rooting for CupLux to win and keep them in the community but they have to step up their game. There is too much competition in the area for them to be comfortable with how their business is currently operating.

We had driven past this place many times on our way to the hospital in Charlotte, but we had not ever taken the time to stop. Today, even though Google said that they were closed, we circled on in and gave it a shot. WOW! This was without competition the best caramel latte I've ever had. Caramel lattes are usually not all that memorable for me. They're sweet, they're caffeinated, they taste like caramel and coffee. They're my drive-thru go-to when I'm not just drinking black coffee. This thing was amazing! The caramel is not over-strong, with no syrupy sludge at the bottom. There is a toasted flavor throughout that makes the whole thing feel almost warm and cozy- even though it's iced. It's sorcery, I tell you. Sorcery!Well done! We will definitely be back!

My favorite coffee spot! I've catered them since they opened. My favorite beverage is their Dirty Chai and I like it hot!. The spices in that drink satisfies my palate. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Adore this concept and a great pit stop on the way to the airport. Coffee is overall decent, but do not recommend the nitro cold brew. It does not have the "Guinness-like" creaminess or usual cold brew sweetness. Otherwise, the other lattes were delicious

Service was excellent; quick and friendly. Paid with my phone via cash app which was nice because I forgot my wallet. Coffee, hot and cold brew, with vanilla was delicious!

Visiting from out of town and found this place! Convenient, fast, friendly and great coffee!
