Crumbl - Tegacay

My family and I stopped for a quick dessert. The service was quick and pleasant and the store was very clean. The cookie was my favorite but the kids loved them!

This time, I had the maple cookie from Crumb Cookie. I love classic maple cream cookies at various stores, but this one didn't taste quite as maple-forward as I expected. Still, it was good on its own. I've also had their semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie, and that one is definitely a standout - especially when microwaved! I also tried their sugar cookie, which was just okay - a little too sweet for my taste.

Love this place! And the app is spectacular! I can see the cookies of the week and order in different cities in advance for efficiency! I can show up at a friend's house or a customer and everyone gets excited when they see the pink box!

Yum! My daughter chose a bunch for her 8th grade graduation! The service was great. The cookies were fresh and tasty.

Finally decided to come try Crumbl cookies. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were the only customers. We were greeted promptly, but not given an assistance of how things work or the menu. Luckily, I knew how they changed their menu weekly, offered warm and chilled cookies, etc. It wouldn't take much to ask if it was my first time in just in case I needed or wanted assistance/suggestions. We only ordered one since they are big. We got the snickers which was a pb cookie with caramel cream cheese and some crumbled snickers on top.The cookie was good, but not great. I liked the pb base. It had a sweet icing, but I couldn't tell it was caramel. Would have liked to have had caramel on top instead, plus maybe a chocolate drizzle. It was a good pb cookie, but really missed the "snickers" mark.I also prefer a softer cookie, and this was only soft when warmed up. Overall it was good, and I'd probably go back, but it is not at the top of my list for cookies, especially when we have some fantastic local options.

cookies are still raw! it good at all. first time I tried them and definitely won't be back. got 3 vanilla bean and one pink sugar. all of them were raw the pink sugar cookie didn't even seemed baked at all. way to expensive for raw cookies. frosting has a after taste which isn't very appealing.

Photos for my previous review(M'Kayla L.)as you can see some cookies are big and flat and aren't finished correctly, barely any blueberries and for the semi sweet cc no flaky salt. Again, must've been a bad batch but they shouldn't have been sold honestly

The cookies are definitely undercooked and doughy in the center. They even taste like uncooked cookie dough... don't think I'll be back. Not worth the $ at all, unfortunately. The tres leches cookie last week was amazing but that is truly the only good cookie I've had here... and that wasn't even a cookie it was more of a cake. Last weeks cookies were undercooked too. There's a difference between soft gooey center and doughy undercooked...
