Crumbl - Steele Creek

This location is my go to. 10/10 recommend. I'm never disappointed. I'm glad the flavors change every week. Best way to try something new.

I recently had another disappointing experience at CRUMBL. I purchased my favorite, the Kentucky Butter cookie, only to find it severely undercooked. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue--undercooked cookies seem to be a constant problem here. It's incredibly frustrating to spend money on a treat I can't even enjoy. I used to love CRUMBL, but it looks like I may need to find a new cookie shop that values quality and consistency.

It's been awhile since I tried Crumbl cookie, I feel like I didn't miss anything. The first time I tried them they were warm and soft but this time maybe because it was a different location the cookies were cold and hard. This week's cookie selection was ok and I just got the minis so I didn't try the 2 large cookie cakes because I'm trying to watch my shape. I'm going to try and heat them up and have them with some coffee and see if that makes a difference.

This location hands down is a well oiled machine!! All the stars for service, cleanliness and promptness!I absolutely have favorite cookies here, and usually only get those. However, I believe they have enough flavors to satisfy anyone's craving! Some may be for you, some may not.My absolute faves are:Semi-sweet chocolate chunkMolten lavaBrownie anything Cookie brownieIf you can't tell...chocolate is my weakness. I don't deviate much from the above but have tried other flavors just for the heck of it.

What a joke this store is absolute disaster waited almost 10 minutes for my cookie. I ordered 20 minutes ahead of time never seen a store so dirty music blaring employees drinking out of it to go up from somewhere else while trying to make cookies. I don't know what they have going on here, but the store in Tega Cay is twice as nice and clean!

Prices aren't cheap, but cookies are always good. We have tried a great variety every two months or so when we have company. Never a fail.

This was my first experience with this popular spot. My curiosity finally got the best of me. I entered shortly after lunch, not know what to expect. Ordering was done on an IPad like screen. Super easy. Not dealing with a human is great for those anti social, anxiety ridden folks. Ironically, the computer asked for a tip. There were two employees working that I noticed. While I waited and looked around, I noticed the place was pretty dirty. And I'm trying to be kind. Don't know if there was a lunch rush and they are getting ready to clean or not. But the place was near filthy. I was handed my cookies and I was off. I picked one of each cookie available. All were beyond sweet and not very tasty. The chocolate chip was really disappointing because even bad Chocolate chip cookies are good. This cookie was just missing something. It sure wasn't sugar. In the end, I can say I had crumbl but I will not be coming back.

The cookies here are DA BOMB! Made fresh to order and no long wait times. The best spot for that sweet tooth craving

Strawberry Cake cookie is the bomb! The icokg is so creamy and so much strawberry flavor.

Good cookies it tasted like a cookie, I didn't wait long the service was good too and I
