Crumbl - Matthews

Service was friendly and fast. The establishment was nice and clean. This was my first time trying them out and I have to say they had some nice flavors. I got a 6ct of minis so I could try a few different t ones. They only have like 5-6 flavors to choose from but what I heard is their flavors change like every week or month. I tried the rocky road, chocolate chip, and peanut butter. Now I'm not a rocky road fan but BAYBAY!!!.....yes indeed. Those were my favorite. I mean you can't go wrong with the chocolate chip cookie either however they should ask do you want the salt on top before they put it in there. I didn't care for the salt topping. It was unnecessary.They are a little on the pricy side tho, 6 little cookies for almost $20 . I mean what isn't these days anyway....Overall I would def try them again. 10/10

I love Crumbl. Is it expensive, yes. Is it worth it as a treat, yes. I will say my visit to this store wasn't wonderful but over all I've enjoyed all the cookies I've had at Crumbl. Unfortunately, at this particular location I ordered ahead and even though there was no one in line inside, I still had to wait more than ten minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff. The staff was behind the counter talking to one another and on their phones. I was really disappointed that I had to eventually callout to get someone's attention after standing at the counter waiting to be helped. Now, to review the cookies. AMAZING! You really can't go wrong! I ordered ahead on the app to earn my Crumbl rewards so that eventually I can redeem them for a free cookie of my choice. I probably won't be back to this location because of the poor customer service.

I don't know if I just have terrible luck every time I go here but my cookies are just never cooked through all the way. They're always doughy on the inside and I can always taste just dough and not what the cookie is actually supposed to taste like. I just can't do that especially for the price of these.

I recently had a student recommend Crumbl Cookies in Matthews to me and I decided to take him up on his recommendation. First, this location is very clean, well lit and fully stocked. The customer service was excellent and above what I expected for a cookie shop. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I placed my order and it only took a couple of moments for me to receive hot, freshly made Chocolate Chip and Fudge Crumbl cookies. When I got home, which was a 30 minute drive, the cookies were still warm and the taste and texture was perfect. The portion size is well worth the money and if you decide to buy in bulk then you get a discount. I want to say a special thanks to Sarah, the Assistant Manager who help me out; she was wonderful. Crumbl Cookies allows you to place your order online ahead of time which can be about twenty minutes or you can stop by and order. Overall, it was a great experience and great cookies. Thank you all.

always fast, fresh, friendly, and clean! Never crowded and close to other fun shops. It's great to come here while changing my car!

Hmm smells like cookies. I think the whole plaza smells like cookies. I was just driving by and decided to stop. Fast service and delicious.

Tonight was Netflix: Love is Blind with my girls with some ordered in treats from Crumbl!! First time eating them and the were delivered warm and delicious. My favorite is a tie between the chocolate chip cookie and the Snickerdoodle cookie. No cookie went uneaten. Be careful, if you order via Uber eats, and accidentally mess up the address but don't cancel within seconds, they will still charge you for cookies that you won't even get to eat. I paid double for a silly mistake sending the order to the wrong address and canceling after a few minutes to adjust the delivery.

Great spot and service was top tier. Peanut butter and jelly was bussing. Also, they decorate it fresh in front of you. Bonus points for me.

Always fun to visit Crumbl. I enjoyed trying out the new flavors, although the only drawback to me is that each cookie is so large and if you don't like it, you are stuck with a huge cookie. I wish they had smaller cookies

My 5 star review is for Brianna who saw me struggling with the Apple Pay lol, and immediately came running. When I first came in, I told the young lady behind the counter (she looked sweet, but maybe she was just shy) that this was my first time here. She smiled, but turned back around to finish packing the box of cookies she had been working on. Again, she seemed really sweet, so I don't think her ignoring me was intentional but after standing there for a minute or so, I noticed that other people were starting to come in and tap the monitors on the side of the wall. I got the young ladies attention again, and asked if I'm supposed to order on the wall, to which she replied with a smile, "Yes." It looked like they were really busy trying to get in a big order or something in, so I didn't take it too personally, but I told her "Honey, you have to tell me these things so I know." She smiled, and I headed to the monitors on the wall, but the Apple Pay didn't seem to be working, which may have been user error lol. Either way, cute little Brianna came to my rescue and answered every single question that I could possibly have about Crumbl cookies. She had the sweetest demeanor, and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she also made me feel so welcomed! I really appreciate her and I hope that thugs company appreciates her as well. She is an absolute gem!!
