I love crumbl it's so good!! the only thing I don't like was they didn't give me the birthday cookie for having the app it was ok

I read the recent reviews and I agree that the customer service and quality of product is not up to par and can be inconsistent. I recently came here again after a decent visit a week ago and there was a difference. This time the chocolate chip cookies were hard and lukewarm warm whereas last time, they were hot and soft. The customer service has been nonexistent because they don't greet you when you come in and no pleasantries when you leave. They only take care of the order and nothing more than what's necessary. This locations need some changes such as retraining on product quality and customer service. I've learned the expensive way that there are better locations that value your time and money.

I've been coming here quite awhile now. The cookies seem to be going downhill. This week I know for sure they have. I ordered a snickerdoodle that looks like just a sugar cookie. There's nothing on it. No cinnamon? Cmon!! I also ordered the Carmel praline. It looks nothing like the pic of course but it really didn't have much flavor. I think it's time to save my money and quit going here.

Great cookies! Rotating menu and lovely customer experience. This location can do better with the quality of the bake thing, I find them often raw in the middle section. I also think the frosting and decoration could be a lot neater. But overall the cookies are still good and fresh, and I enjoy them very much!

The limited edition/specialty cookies were really good. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing due to the size and cake like taste. The Oreo like cookie was good because it was cake like and warmed, but I had to scrape a lot of the cream cheese tasting icing off. The red velvet Willie Wonka inspired cookie was good as it was more of 2 cookies with cream in between. The last cookie was ok, but cold. I didn't bother trying it and let my daughter have at it. The service was fast, and the location was clean.

Delivered warm and cookies are delicious! I highly recommend as they make a great house warming gift or a thinking of you gift or for any occasion for a cookie lover.

The cookies are good and very filling - they last me the week usually. Service is great and very fast, the wait is never usually long. The atmosphere is welcoming

Atrocious customer service. Sent out a cookie missing a main ingredient instead of asking if we preferred a substitute. Then would not give us the name of the mgr nor the person we were trying to correct the order with on the phone. Finally they communicated with a manager and said "she'd" be in the next morning, but to be safe come at 11:00 am. Visited the store at 11:40 am only to hear that the manager was having a busy morning and would not be in for another 20 minutes. And could have cared less I interrupted my day and drove in for the issue. Their cookies are "ok" and their customer service is non existent, hopefully it will start to reflect in a lack of business. Maybe then they will take customer service seriously.

So basically me and my friend went in and we ordered a pack of four, we told them our other friend was allergic to cocoa. We asked very nicely could they separate the ones with cocoa. The two workers looked at each other and laughed. (i don't know how that's funny) Then as we were waiting it seemed like they couldn't figure out which ones had cocoa in them. After like two minutes one girl came up and offered to put them all in different boxes. And then as we were leaving they started laughing again. I'm not sure how it's funny that someone has a cocoa allergy! It also an issue that the workers don't know any of the ingredients that are being used to make these cookies. very unprofessional!!!
