Crumbl - Huntersville

Just had the new "minis" delivered from Huntersville location. PERFECT little surprise after my daughter's surgery. Huntersville never disappoints!!!

Good service and on timeClean and neat. Definitely coming back. Definitely need more parking.

There is nothing more satisfying than a cinnamon crumbl cookie! It is my comfort food. Customer service is always good. I'm so impressed. The store is always spotless and organized. I love being able to see the cookies being put together as ordered. I know that when I take that first bite it will be warm and fresh.

I'd first like to say that most of the staff are warm and inviting. I love the cleanliness of the environment. However, today I picked up my favorite piece of heaven... Tres Leches cake. I don't like cinnamon... so that was disappointing on Tres Leches, but then the inside of my cake had yellow gooey pieces of yuck. It was disgusting. I had to throw it away. I really want to make this my go to sweet shop... please do better.

Hot warm cookies that fall apart staff was nice can't complain enjoyed it and will return.

Who doesn't love Crumbl cookies? The workers are friendly and helpful. The cookies are huge and delicious. I love reheating the chocolate chip in the microwave after getting home. I will gladly go out of my way to pick up cookies when I'm in huntersville to bring home, and my kids are so happy to see that pink box!

We were out with friends, they had heard about crumble cookies and hadn't tried. COOKIES....... Yes please. I will tell you that I was really disappointed with a mediocre overpriced cookie. we got a three pack. Chocolate chip, Blueberry and Sugar. Overall the cookies were ok but not for what they are charging. I am all about capitalism but you need to have a good product. I won't be going back.

Waited 15 minutes at the pickup desk to be greeted while my one cookie was sitting there getting cold.

This was my first time at Crumbl. I have since been back twice! The first time I ordered at the counter, the subsequent times I ordered at their self service register when you walk in. Some of the cookies are warm and some arrive specifically chilled, but that is noted when you order. The place is small and there is no where to sit and enjoy your cookies. That's a shame, it would have been nice to relax and enjoy a cookie with the man. The cookies are pricy, but HUGE!

It's all right I just like their chilled cookies. Not a fan of their new cakes or anything like that by the service is fast and good and their cookies are always the same. You know what you're getting.
