Very disappointed I ordered cookie online too pickup When I got their they said they were out On the app it allowed me too order On the one in concord it said out of stock that's why I ordered it their If they didn't have any it should have not allowed me too order Very disappointed being it was the last day and I ordered 3 hours prior

We got the Shortbread Twix Cookie and my husband and I split it. They are very large and right under $5 each! The cookie was a perfect amount of sweetness but over done!I was a little disappointed as they display the small cookies but don't sell them as I would have like to try a few of them but do not want the gigantic ones.This place is a must try if you like cookies, we can't wait to go back and try another one!

The workers were arguing with each other when we walked in. My daughter wanted a pumpkin cookie but is allergic to cinnamon and I asked the workers if they had cinnamon in them she said no. We got one. Thankfully I double checked before she ate it because right on their website it says it does.

We enjoyed the new Crumbl cake and cookies for my nephew's birthday! Fast delivery on the same day.

the other 3 cookies were good but this was advertised with alot of topping and it looks slightly soaked?? there's like 2 crumbs on top..

I always get curbside here and my order has never been messed up or taken too long. Very nice location.
