Catch a vibe at CRU CRU is the nations first franchised hookah & CBD lounge, so for you hookah lovers they have a little bit of everything to offer .Every dish we tried was packed with flavor I couldn't get enough of the lobster seafood Mac , that Mac was the the truth & the light lol . Fun drinks, music, hookah & more . For me I'm catching a vibe before the crowd comes in , so to duly note go early to avoid the club crowd . When we arrived it was pretty laid back for the most part . They offer brunch on Sunday's as well as daily drink specials .

The is my 2nd time at Cru and I enjoyed it the 1st time, but unfortunately, my visit fell short in several areas.First, the drinks were underwhelming. They lacked the balance and flavor I was expecting, and for the price, I anticipated much better quality.The hookah was another disappointment--it tasted off and wasn't enjoyable at all. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which was frustrating.Although I didn't enjoy anything that I went there for we did have good service from our waitress.The vibe and atmosphere were decent, but the overall experience didn't match up.

The servers seemed as if they hate their job. The shrimp and grits were not tasteful. The musicWas great and the hookah was great.

Came here for brunch, and literally had to beg for everything that we needed. The hookah was a bit harsh and the food was dry and unseasoned. Maybe this is not a great brunch spot but I wanted to give it a try. They had been advertising brunch and I love to support overall I was not impressed with a Service. My friends were not impressed. We felt like we chose the wrong location for brunch and maybe this is better for a nighttime vibe. The waitress was a bit lazy. She sat at the bar smoking hookah, and we literally had to come over to her to grab her things we needed. She never really walked around to see if anything was done like we literally brought her our dirty plates to make room. We were sitting in a hightop table, so it wasn't much room on the table.

Cru sucks, came in at night about 10pm got hookahs and drinks, decent environment too when arriving... but horrible customer service, horrible prices, horrible drinks and hookah, probably bad food too glad i didn't order any. When we got to the location, they said one table was reserved until 11 so we chose another table since we knew it'd be longer than an hour we'd be there. as other reviews say, the workers are lazy and entitled and checked on us maybe two times and ofc she's smoking hookah and just sitting most the time. when the clock hit 11 everyone was kicked out and hookahs and drinks confiscated including people who had just came in and made purchases. I spent $100 to not finish my drink nor my partner to finish theres and for nasty ass hookah and trash customer service. Save your money and go to somewhere else. Preferably somewhere thats never been shot up as well.DONT GO HERE!

Vibes are always good, but service is just horrible. Absolutely horrible! Have very lowe expectations

Came here for brunch for a friend's birthday, and it definitely was a VIBE! We arrived around 12:50pm and had to wait as the place opened up at 1pm. Once 1pm hit, he had to check in with security, which they I.D. 21+. Once we were let it, we checked in with the hostess & let her know we had a reservation. We sat down, and the D.J. was playing GREAT music! It's a very small quaint place, but the D. J. playing music helped us get hype and get into the vibe. They told us we got free mimosas for brunch, so all 3 of us got free mimosas, which tasted GREAT! the orange juice was refreshing and complimented our meals. I had ordered the Crab cakes that was listed on their brunch menu but the waitress said that they were out of them and that they never have Crab cakes so I ended up getting the omlette and some French fries. My friend got the shrimp and grits, which the shrimp was great, but she said the grits could have been better. Overall, this is a very nice lounge vibe that I will definitely come back and visit! Definitely recommend this place.

the worst customer service waited an hour for my food then another hour just for the syrup do yourselves a favor and do not go here

I gave this place a chance after it got shot up because I think it's a black owned business. the security was excellent but when it was time to order food the lady told me to scan the bar code. when I did I wanted to try the cru burger which came with Lettuce, Tomato & Cru Sauce. Served with Salted Kettle ChipsCheese Options: American, Pepper Jack, Cheddar. when I received my food I only got a burger with onions and tomatoes. no side or no sauce. when I asked for the rest, the manager came to me with and smart attitude and said "what's the problem" after I just said you know what it's not worth it they came out with chips and a magical whipped up sauce. that's called robbery. to your own people. why lie on the menu and give people different after they pay. please just shut it down or get better people to run your business. Why am I getting charged a whole meal for one burger
