Very cool place to hang out with friends or alone with a book. Lots of products to look at and become informed about. They even have a slushie machine! The employee made sure all questions were answered and was super friendly. I'll be back!

Nice little dispensary. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good products. I needed some advice about a product that would help me sleep and I was shown their Nighttime Gummies, which I bought. And it really works as I was told it would. I will be back.

I discovered Crowntown about 2 years ago but only have been 4 times. This location though always does me justice. I haven't visited in awhile but Joe was such an amazing employee! I called him before driving over to make sure they had what I wanted in stock, he was super helpful over the phone. In store, he was super nice, relatable, all around 15/10 customer service. Will definitely be back because of Joe! He also let me know about discounts and sales they were having to make my trip even better. You can tell he definitely enjoys doing what he does! :)

So glad I found this place! I was visiting from CA and not too familiar with the Delta lingo..Ryan was full of knowledge and broke it down to me so I could understand! John was so welcoming and chatted with us and made us feel very at home! Elle was very sweet as well and I was so thankful for all the useful rec's! The lavender lemonade really helped me have a restful sleep, and the love resin pen I purchased tasted amazing with a very nice chill vibe! Thanks I will be back when I visit again!

Exceptional customer service! I came across this shop while browsing​ Yelp. As a first-timer, I was promptly welcomed and shown around by Nick. Nick was soo friendly and knowledgable as I felt like a kid in a candy shop. Nick was extremely confident as he explained the various products. He took his time and gave honest advice.I ultimately settled on several items, including a vape, energy drinks, gummies, Topical cream, and some massage oil, totaling over $160. After trying these items at home, I am 100% satisfied and plan to place an online order soon. If you plan to visit the Charlotte area or if you are looking for a shop that ships all over the USA, this is your spot! FIVE STARS!

So my daughter turned me on to this place and I must say, it's pretty dope! They have so much variety!! The people there are friendly, funny, and helpful. This is one of those places where you don't want to give too much info. because you don't want to take away from the experience, you know! So I will post pictures and leave the rest to your imagination! Go check them out, you won't be disappointed. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program. Enjoy your visit!

Visited Charlotte's first CBD dispensary last week. When you first walk in, it has a doctors office feel. You go to the window to get your ID checked and receive paperwork to fill out. They ask for basic information (address, birth date, etc.) as well as your medical history. Once your paperwork is filled out, you will be let into the shop in the back. They have every kind of CBD product you can imagine... pre-rolled, edibles, lotions, etc. The shop was crowded when I visited and parking was very limited. As I understand, this dispensary is legal due to the fact that all of their products contain 0.3% THC or less. (An amount that will not get you high) CBD is supposed to have calming and healing affects.

Great store! John and Michelle were helpful, TRULY friendly, and able to answer questions from myself and another patron, knowledgeably and with confidence. Top notch product at wonderful prices! As a 67 year old, I have waited a long time to be able to just visit a store to get product. Crowntown Cannabis makes that wait feel worthwhile! Will be a regular! Thank you!
