Crafty Crab - Concord

Crafty Crab Concord offers a solid seafood boil experience. The boil itself was good, but I felt like the flavor could have been a bit more bold. On the upside, the hush puppies were delicious, and the oysters were incredibly fresh, which I really enjoyed. The only downside was the overpowering smell in the restaurant, which was a bit much, but I stuck through it. Overall, it's worth a visit, especially for the fresh seafood and sides!

I have been wanting some crab legs for a while and decided to come to this restaurant since it was near me. My family came also and it didn't take long to be seated. Our waiter was amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed. I ordered Snow Crab legs, sausage, corn, eggs, and shrimp with The Boom seasoning. It was amazing!!!! We all felt full! The ambiance was very nice and calm.I will definitely recommend this restaurant! Also try the catfish and fries, they are tasty also!

Today was so cold and rainy but I had cravings for Crab legs. My hunger lead me to Crafty Crab out by Concord Mills. I hadn't been here in a few years. It was kind of dead for Thursday, but I was excited because the less people in the restaurant means that I will get my food quicker! I ordered the seafood boil that came with crab legs, black muscles, and shrimp with mouth, garlic butter sauce, and it was delicious. It was not too spicy, and came out piping and hot. Our hostess and waiter was Rob. The customer service over all was really good. He was super fun and easy to talk to. He came by to check on us and just overall seems like a good guy. The food was delicious. I didn't have any leftovers. Crafty Crab for the win!

Food was excellent seasoned well and generous portions. I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate my food allergies! The service was fast and the waitress was helpful with suggestions for our meal. It's a nice vibe and the drinks are on point!

Very excited to try this place, so we decided to give it a go for date night. We walked in and we were seated at a booth around the bar. We sat there for about 15 mins without being greeted by anyone. Finally someone walks over and says has your server been over ? We said no and he said he would get her. The server finally comes over she got our drinks and said do yall know what yall want yet? Like we were a bother to her. But of course we were because we had been sitting for about 15 mins. We ordered lemon pepper wings, seafood boil combo and a couple of drinks. The food was ok, the wings 10/10. Once the server brought over the check before we could order more I kindly handed over my card to cash out. After that she never returned of course so I had to go get to go bags myself. Also she never brought over a pin to sign the receipt or leave a tip. The service was just that bad. If it wasn't for the food I would've been upset.

Yummy I tested my siblings food and every single dish was yummy. The place is this bright brownish color of light. It gave a really chill vibe. The employees are very nice to the people in the restaurant. There was little people I don't get it. The food is amazing.

I reluctantly agreed to visit this chain. The main reason was the loud noise from staff music choices which permeates all locations. Tonight is was toned down significantly!!! Enjoyed the boil, some appetizers and fabulous service! Keep it up and I'll be back soon!

The AC isn't working , but the boils were wonderful! Pricey but good. I'll definitely come back.

The service was good, the food was ok I had better. I don't think I would go back if in town.
