Fried chicken is delish! Service is always friendly and the bread pudding is totally worth a try

I sat outside today because it was a nice summer day. My server was Alejandra. She was very attentive to my every needs (and I had a few) I had the crafty nachos with chicken for appetizers and I had the classic crafty burger, medium rare and it comes with 2 sides so I did the fries and crafty beans. The burger was good but the beans were out of this world. They made them with what tastes like bacon, ground beef and various beans. They were amazing. For a drink I had the beach water. It was a little too sweet for my preference but I added a lemon and it have used some sour mix. All in all I will be back and with my dog next time as they allow dogs on the patio.

Delicious!! This place has amazing craft burgers and Im assuming amazing drinks (we came from a big hike so I was just focused on the water lol)!!I ordered the fried peanut butter sandwich thing, and added a burger patty. Each entree comes with two sides, so I opted for the sweet potato fries and the bread pudding. I live in Kannapolis and would definitely drive out to Cornelius again just for this place... its just THAT good! My boyfriend and I sat on the patio with our two pups, and our waitress even brought out a dog water bowl for them! Amazing customer service, food, and atmosphere!!

Great quick neighborhood spot for a tasty burger. Portion sizes are decent, prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. It's a little dark inside and there aren't many TVs, so if you want to catch a game, maybe not the best spot.

I've tried this place on three separate occasions and have yet to be anything but disappointed in the food. Last night was the final time- I ordered the "craft your own burger" with two pattys, gouda cheese, tomato, pickles, mushrooms and jalapeños. This was easily the worst burger I've had. I ordered it medium, it was medium well, but cold. The cheese was not melted and it looked like it had been thrown together as an after thought. For my two sides, I chose the seasonal salad (which was some sort of weird pasta salad in what tasted to be slaw sauce) and the beans which was more of a soup. This isn't the first time the food has been less than impressive. It's just not good. I feel like the $53.00 i spent on my meal was money that I Lot on fire.Beer selection is decent but would it kill you to put one domestic beer (Bud light, Miller, Lite, Coors Light, Mich Ultra) on tap? I can stay home and drink out of the 16oz aluminum bottles.Service was decent, dude was attentive, TVs had the Florida-Alabama basketball game on and the music was good. But I won't be back because of the food.

Very good foodI had the Mac and cheese burger and it was very tasty. I really liked the sides in the tiny mason jars-very cute!

After hearing many good things about Crafty Burg'r, I decided to try them out on Friday evening. I decided to grab a few items such as burger and fries, fried pickles and the loaded mac & cheese. All were actually very good and left me with a good impression of Crafty Burg'r.I called my order in ahead of time and did a pick up. Upon arrival my order was ready and I was back out the door headed home, since I had paid online already. Got home and started chowing down on the food. It was a good Friday evening. LOL!The staff was friendly and helpful, from the person that took my order over the phone, to the person who assisted me when I picked up my order in person. It's located in a shopping center with a variety of other stores and establishments, so the parking lot is very plentiful. They also have an outside patio where you can sit and enjoy your food as well as indoor seating.

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience at Crafty. I placed an order online, went grocery shopping, and was expecting my meal to be waiting for me when I got there around 2:30pm. It was kinda busy, but still plenty of tables available so not completely slammed. Someone greeted me at the door, I told them my name and was picking up an online order, and they said they just saw it and went back to find it.Then a few minutes later someone else told me they were just waiting on one thing and it'll be ready in a minute. The bag was sitting on the counter at this point just waiting on the last piece in full view.15 minutes later I'm still waiting. No one has put anything new into the bag. I've been making eye contact with the people I've talked to every time they pass by me. I'm just waiting. Then one of the guys looks at the bag and says I'm all set haha. I asked if everything was in there because that bag as been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes, and he said yes. So he handed me the bag and I'm super annoyed but excited to finally be able to eat haha.Well, turns out the onion rings never made it, also the $3 can of coke I ordered never made it either. So horrible experience so far.Then I finally am ready to eat and the Fried Avocado Bites are soggy at this point because they've been steaming in this bag since probably before I even got there. They didn't really have much flavor anyway so I tried a couple and bailed.Then onto the burger. Not horrible but nothing that special either. Honestly I'd take a 5 Guys burger or Shake Shack over this any day.I was kinda pumped for the onion rings from the pictures I saw online, but they were missing haha. Doh.And lastly the Mac and Cheese had a great creamy consistency, the noodles were solid, but there was just something about the flavor that threw me. Maybe it was a unique kind of cheese or maybe something else, but I just wasn't feeling it.Overall I think my experience was poor mostly due to the service and missing items, but unfortunately the food I did actually get didn't make up for it.

My bacon jam burger was dry, flavorless, and the bacon jam was anything but jammy, it was what I'd describe as bacon bits? Everything other than the beer was extremely average. The owner should reevaluate the menu. You can literally get a better burger at Chili's for crying out loud

Wow was that a disappointment. We've been going there on and off for 6+ years and it is a far cry from when they first opened. Burger was horrible. Used to be a nice hand made smash type. Salad was a dry bag of who knows what. Buns used to be fresh. Not! Apple slaw was expired, and since there is no way to comment on their webpage, I guess Yelp will have to do. Ellery's service was wonderful!!!! She's a keeper!
