Crab Du Jour - Charlotte

Visited this place on today with my kids and I must say I enjoyed my experience. We were seated immediately (it wasn't crowded), our waitress (Lay) came and took our drink orders and when she returned took our orders. The food arrived rather quickly and it came out hot. You have to ask for a cracker for the crab legs. It's a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall great experience. Side note: You can not use a cash-app card as a form of payment.

I ordered combo A and added eggs mild Du Jour special. I walked in from Togo side and was directed to pick my food up from front. It was few people in. I had to wait to be service while the one waiter refused to look my way. The muscles shrimp and crab legs were really good this day. It can sometimes be a hit or miss with them but today the food was good and fresh.

Got takeaway seafood boil with 1/2 lb of snow crab, sausage and head-off shrimp with medium cajun garlic butter sauce. I paid a little under $40; I don't know how much these things typically cost but I didn't feel cheated.My order was prepared in under 10 minutes. The afternoon that I went in, there were several full tables of big parties enjoying their meals. The host was pleasant and efficient, as well as the cashier. No complaints with the service.Once home, I grabbed my salt shaker before I sat down to eat and quickly realized I wouldn't need it--the sauce was more flavorful than I was expecting. If you're salt-sensitive, the sauce I selected is NOT for you. I enjoyed it because I think shellfish needs it. And I would rather have salty-ish food than bland food.I do wish that the potatoes and corn (both free) were cooked in the sauce but other than that, I enjoyed the meal and will come back when I'm craving seafood again.

First time. It was really good. Everything was seasoned well, but the Crab legs are really small. It's out of season, though. I got the combo C. Patragay was our server, and she was so sweet and patient. Half price drinks were also strong and good.

The customer service was great and the food! It was a vibe. Chantel took good care of us!

We were greeted and seated instantly. All the staff were very friendly, especially Nicky our server. The food and music 10/10! And so were the drinks. Will be coming back. Thank you for the great experience.

Ghetto. Smell of weed throughout.Lack of customer service. Unpleasant and didn't check on us.

The food is excellent But the Manager is lazy. He says he's the floor Manager. All I ever see him do is eat. So the bartender had to leave from behind the bar to wait on tables. People were waiting to order. The manager said he's not allowed to wait on tables. That is so unfair. The manager should be able to do everything the employees can do. It's giving dictator. If the customers have to wait 30 minutes to put in a drink order that's a serious problem.

So clean, great staff and amazing drink specials as well. Absolutely delicious. Will be coming back for my birthday next month.
