Nah. Just Nah. The food was NOT good but ok. The service was trash. I ordered egg drop soup, 2 orders of wings, & teriyaki chicken sticks.The young guy at the counter asked if I wanted Duck sauce 3 times?!?? Then he smirked and asked if I wanted hot sauce.. Most importantly the online order was $33.18 I paid in the store and was charged $37.18. I asked why and he gave a mumbling answer I asked for a recipe got home and it was a Walmart recipe . I rather starve than eat here again.

I used to love this restaurant. They must have changed cooks. The food is bland. Especially the Bourbon Chicken! Don't really know what it is but Bourbon Chicken it is not!And the lady who takes the orders is very rude. Poor customer service and the food is worse!

I never write reviews but this is unacceptable. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered chicken wings and fried rice around 10pm, it was bland and tasteless but I ate it anyways since I was hungry and didn't have anything else to cook at home. Woke up at 2am vomiting uncontrollably. This continued ALL NIGHT, I was extremely dizzy unable to stand and had to go to the doctor to be told I have caught a stomach virus aka food poisoning from this place. 2 days later I'm still sick. Never going back.

i think star ratings should go on the negative side , because if they did ,i would definitely give this place a negative -5 rating,. i orded sesame chicken , vegetable Lo mein, the chicken was so tough we couldnt even bite through it, not on piece, the rice was dry as a bone , the lo mein had probably 2 pieces of brocoli, no carrots, couple pieces of something i couldnt identify, maybe cabbage and nothing else , after a couple of bites in an attempt to eat we stopped and on top of all this, my wife got a stomach ache shortly thereafter, i took it back the next day at opening , and they did not seem too concerned, and now after seeing all these other reviews, i can see why., they didnt even offer a refund or a replacement meal, which i would have declined anyway after really looking at the condition of the restaurant and as much of the kitchen area i could see ,. not happy!!!!!!

Worst take out I've ever had. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and beef lo mein, with an egg roll. The chicken was gummy, obviously microwaved, and yet somehow burnt, like actual black on the breaded chicken. I don't even know how that happens! The lo mein looked better, but was tasteless, not even a soy sauce taste, just nothing. The meat was grey and all gristle, and very slimy. The egg roll tasted like cardboard. I paid $31.65 for this, even though my food added up to roughly $23.00. I don't know what the extra money was for, because the delivery guy took the receipt. I threw it all away, and after reading the reviews of all the people who ate their order and got sick, I'm very glad I did! Rather than than eat food from here, eat your own foot, cheaper and safer.

Crab Rangoon was delicious, both of my sushi rolls were inedible. One you couldn't even pick up without falling apart and the other the avocado in it was frozen, thought I broke a tooth on my first bite. Place was also very dirty and made me nervous to even eat my order from there.

I have an issue with you all today. I've always ordered from here and NEVER have I been told 30 to 45 minutes And my food show up 1 hour and 30 minutes later. I call and call and do not get an answer. The driver did however call the manager because I requested a discount because I did not wanna pay full price for a meal that was an hour and 30 minutes late. The manager told the driver to bring the food back. After waiting an hour and 30 minutes my son who wanted the food is hungry the driver was going to leave. I paid full price for the food but I have a major issue with this. I would like for someone to call me back at 704-977-6103 email email me at Javon.barbour @ iCloud.com to resolve this issue. If I do not hear back from someone within the next 24 to 48 hours I will proceed to go to the store and talk with someone there. I have never had this issue before and today I felt like I should've received a discount or free meal I was quoted 30 to 45 minutes and the mail took an hour and 30 minutes to get here. I have a photo of the receipt for the timestamp of when my order was placed. And a timestamp of the picture when it was taken of have the receipt. I am very disappointed in my service today and I would really like for someone to respond thank you

When I first moved to Charlotte 3 years ago, I stumbled on to this spot and drove 20 minutes each way to get take out because it reminded me of the ghetto restaurants back in NYC. I don't know if it's new ownership now or if it's just going to shit, but I'm never going back. Food is always bland now. Always burnt. And the last couple times I got pork ribs, they smelled and tasted spoiled. Had to throw them out or risk getting sick.
