Ladies and gentlemen, Cotswold has finally arrived with our own farmers market! It's a small market, maybe 15-20 stalls total but a great one. Every vendor's selection looked amazing! We started with breakfast -- a blackberry cream cheese scruffin and coffee -- from Great Harvest Bread Co. and leisurely strolled up and down a couple times. We went home with quite the haul! Amazing produce from Rosemay Pete including a kobucha squash I'm really looking forward to experimenting with this week. My guy got a pork butt and a pound of wahoo that are both in the smoker as I type this. The market is only open Saturdays from 8am-12pm and tucked behind the medical building on Sharon Amity, across from IHOP. Lots of parking! Friendly management from the Rotarians. I'm excited to make a visit here a part of my Saturday morning routine every week!

First the positives: the market is relatively easy to find, plentiful parking, and the vendors are pleasant. The negatives: on the day that I went, there was very little produce (maybe 3 small stands out of 20), and WAY overpriced. I got 3 not-yet ripe tomatoes and 2 very small cucumbers for $9. Will go to Kings Rd market next time.

Tucked in the parking lot behind the Cotswold Medical Center building is a terrific neighborhood farmers market! The market is open Saturdays only from 8am to 12pm. Since it is a pop up market, I'm not sure if they will discontinue for the late fall/winter months or not. The thing I love about the market is the variety of vendors, not a lot of repeats here as well as some unique finds. Some of the vendors also change from week or week too so there is always something new to try. My past visit included a great selection of produce, fresh flowers, scones, pound cake, bread, and grass fed/hormone free meats and cheeses. The Viva Raw Juice truck and a King of Pops cart are regulars at the market too. The vendors are all super friendly and love to tell you about their products. Almost all of the vendors accept cards but appreciate cash.

This market is much smaller than some others around town, but it is excellent. When my wife and I went, there were around 20 stalls, and everyone had something different to offer. Fresh flowers, local meats and cheeses, bread, local honey, frozen meals, local produce, and more. My wife and I walked away with a dozen eggs, some ultra-thick bacon, tomatoes, a few loaves of bread, peppers, buffalo cheese, and of course a few King of Pops popsicles. Most of the vendors take cash and cards, which is very convenient. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I really enjoy going to this farmers' market. It is small but has what we've needed. The vendors are friendly and there is good variety. We've enjoyed the pork and sausage from Rocky River Farms, the baked goods from Ren and the soap. We'll be sad when it goes away for the winter.
