Cosmic Cookie Bakery did a great job with our custom order for 12 dozen custom logo cookies for a corporate event! I like how the wrapped them individually (was a bit more expensive, but worth it!). Would definitely use them again!

I really enjoy the cookies and today I went to the shop bought 7 cookies but this is not about the cookies but about service. The gentleman working was not pleasant he was very uninterested in selling desserts. I didn't feel welcomed at all. When he rang me up didn't ask if I wanted a receipt or did he say thanks come again. Businesses need to understand your staff can make or break your business. And if he was the owner shame on you. I don't believe I will be going back.

My company had a last minute cookie order for a client and they were able to do 156 logo cookies in a day and a half. We appreciate that they were able to accommodate our request on such short notice. The cookies were great too!

I found this place being greedy. I ordered a strawberry cake. It's was very good. The cake wasn't dry. The icing was light and rich with flavor. I gave it a 4 because it was cold. 4.5.

Very happy with my cookie order for my baby shower! They made exactly what I was looking for and they tasted great.

I decided the week before my son's 1st birthday to get some custom cookies made with his favorite characters from his favorite cartoon "Charlie's Colorforms City". I searched for custom cookies in Charlotte and found Cosmic Cookie Bakery. I spoke to an unpleasant gentleman that almost made me reconsider placing my order but I ignored the bad attitude and placed the order anyway. The man I spoke with told me to email photos of what I wanted my cookies to look like, so I sent the email and then called the next day to confirm the email was received. The person I spoke to about the email was much more pleasant and assured me the cookies would be ready by that Saturday. When I arrived to pick up the cookies I was so excited to see such beautiful cookies! They exceeded our expectations 100% AND they tasted delicious! I will absolutely be using Cosmic Cookie Bakery for any future cookie orders!

I called five days in advance for a dozen cookies that cost $45. I asked if they could put pictures on six and Happy Birthday on the other six. They said yes. Well when I arrived that Saturday to get the cookies they all had my daughter's picture on them. Not what I asked for and when I brought it to the gentleman's attention. He said you only ordered a dozen. Well I know what I ordered and I know what was discussed. He didn't even attempt to correct his error. My daughter doesn't eat cake so the cookies were to celebrate her 15th birthday. Thanks for not preparing my order as what I ordered. You guys suck and the cookies weren't good. What a waste of $45. I would have rather got a cake from Publix and threw away what wasn't eaten.

Ordered the "Dead Head" cookie sampler from GrubHub. This sampler consists of 12 assorted cookies of any kind, baked to order, a pint of milk, and ice cream. I paid for delivery, and got a call 30 minutes later saying the delivery driver was not in that day, so I opted for a refund.A week later, the same deal happens but I opted to remove the delivery fee and drive down instead. The solo employee there was kind, so I can't take off points there, but the overall experience was a let down.First off, once I arrived to pick the order up I found out they baked the wrong cookies, claiming that the previous shift's baker did not inform her of the correct order. Because of this, half of my order was not available when I went to pick it up. What was a dozen assorted cookie flavors became 6 chocolate chip, 6 peanut butter cookies, and 2 of some other kind thrown in for free to make up for the hassle. I do not recall what the name of the extra 2 were, but there certainly had little to no flavor at all, tasting mostly like plain cookie dough.The other cookies were alright. The chocolate chip cookies had way too much chocolate, all clumped at the bottom of each cookie (see the pictures) and the peanut butter cookies were pretty good. Overall they were all baked for an appropriate amount of time.The ice cream was just a pint PET chocolate ice cream, and the milk came in a plastic cup in a bag (good thing I noticed that before I threw the bag in the passenger seat, I would have assumed it was in a sealed container since it was in a folded bag).We did decide to buy a brownie, which was easily the best thing we had from there. Solid, moist, tasty, and overall worth the $3.50 it costs.Overall, this was a $6 meal that costed us $24. I would not recommend buying the "Dead Head" sampler from here. Individual cookies were a dollar, so that wouldn't be a bad idea if you were just stopping by, though. I'd highly advise either baking your own or buying cookies from a grocery store instead, because the value just isn't there for this place.Lastly, this business has about 3-4 different names, which is misleading and unprofessional. Online they are referred to as "Cosmic Cookies" in some places, "Kai's" in others, and the sign outside of their shop read something along the lines of "Take A Cake Bakery". I see potential here, but they appear to not have their business together, which means I likely won't be using them for cooperate catering or custom cakes in the near future.

Okay so I seem to have become addicted to this place. There are a few inconsistencies I need to point out though. First is that like other Yelpers have noticed this bakery has three different names. The name above the front door, the name on the receipts and the name on the emails. They need to pick a single name and stick with it.The second inconsistentcy is that you don't have any idea what's available from day to day and if it's moist or dry. You might think that I'm only talking about the cake being dry, but oddly I've also experienced frostings that are dry as well. So it's really hit or miss when you visit.. I've sampled almost everything they have and I think that I'll stick with what's been proven to be good.The carrot cake and the Hershey chocolate cake were excellent. My friend also enjoyed his cupcakes.

This place is very dirty!! They have flys everywhere inside the glass where cookies are. I definitely will not be back until this problem gets fixed!
