The hard working team. They recently received recognition from The Food Guy as having the best burgers in the High Point area. They even got a nice trophy. So, I had to start 2025 and get my regular award winning burger. My other favorite: Tenderloin, Egg, and Cheese served on Texas Toast. This family really is an example of hard work, giving, and kindness. You will frequently see our First Responder Hero's breaking bread. You really don't need my review to validate this gem.

Very good burgers. Seasonal soups are very good...especially the chicken dumplings. Old school atmosphere.

Pros:Truly a little country diner/restaurant. The other patrons and staff may as well have been actors in a southern movie. Each conversation in the background was being conducted with a super thick souther accent. Almost as if there was an accent check to get in.Cons:Food was serious microwave quality. Super salty too. Runny eggs. Not good portions. Really wasn't redeemable food in any way.

We love this place! A solid choice for breakfast or lunch, we knew we had to try it when we saw so many fire trucks there one day! If that is where the fire fighters eat, it's probably good! We weren't wrong. We got to know Danny and he is so genuine. He loves to talk to everyone that visits and always remembers you. Barbara is a hell of a cook! I haven't had anything there I didn't like and we recommend it to everyone. It is so casual and comfortable, and The food never fails.If you want a quick meal that feels home cooked, this is your place!

Yes, this is a hole in the wall. Yes, this is my kind of place. Yes, you do not want to pass this place by.The food was fantastic. Check out my cheeseburger and chips picture. This place is Cracker Barrel meets Cheers! The food is home cooked and everyone knows your name.If you live in High Point or just drive through you will not be disappointed with the Corner Grill.

Great little local spots for breakfast, burgers and dogs. It's a little country restaurant that just feels so inviting. When there you get the feeling that almost all the diners are regulars and the waitresses know them by name. This is a CASH ONLY business!!! I ordered my hot dog split & fried (or Van style) which gives is a great char and flavor. You can certainly tell that the chili is made in-house and not something out of a bag or can. The fresh chips are hot and perfectly crispy and crunchy with a light sprinkle of salt and pepper. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fast. They close at 3:00, so be sure to get there early.

The food is so good, freshly made everyday. Staff is friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

This little restaurant on the corner has inexpensive food and friendly service. It's a good place for a cheeseburger for lunch or an egg and grits for breakfast

Born and raised in High Point and just recently had Corner Grill for the first time ever. The owner even warned me when I was ordering that the patties were thick and that it would be smart to just try a single patty burger for my first time. I still went with the double cheeseburger with bacon, onions, pickles, and mayo anyways. So worth it. Definitely not for someone with a small appetite so go with a single patty. The meat was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh. I will be back to try the breakfast menu!

We love the burgers here. Apparently so do many others as it is always busy. My favorite is the chili cheese burger. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The place is nothing fancy. Quality food for a fair price with a smile.
