Definitely is one of those courses you either really love or may think of average compared to some top courses. If you are in for perfection this place probably won't be that great. However if you are here just for a good challenging round of golf that doesn't break the bank not a bad location. Can get crowded at times. But the golfers here are very good about letting the fast ones go through. And they are very good at golf etiquette. People are pretty patient here. And are used to this place being pretty busy. So the atmosphere is very good for those that aren't the most skilled. I myself am a bogey golfer nothing special. And I enjoy rolling around here and trying to play pinball on their greens. Their greens have a lot of tilt which make them challenging. Hardly any of their greens are very flat. However they are well cared for and usually are in good shape. The grounds people here do a very good job at keeping the course up. Although it's just an 18-hole course. They are two different types of terrain you will play. The first part kind of starts out as a par 3 the first four holes. Then you roll into the country five through nine. Them after 9 you rolling to the country but then you come to residential. So it's kind of two different courses in one. On average you're pretty much out in the country. But about the last seven holes you play around houses just like the beginning. So although this course is in the city limits you get the best of both worlds Country Golf ,and City type of golf. Most of the people that have grown up around here have mainly played Country Golf. Many of the first courses like Foxwood in Woodleaf, Rolling Hills ,and McCanless Golf Course nearby we're pretty much out in the country. So dodging houses instead of trees brings a great new challenge to the common country golfer. If you are a bogey golfer this course will challenge you pretty good. A great course to walk but will take you a definite 2 hours or more. But not very hilly except for a few it is a nice 18-hole walk. The cool thing is they will let you play as many holes as you want to when you walk. However usually even for the guys that are in shape. About 27 holes will push your endurance to the Limit. Most walkers only do 18 here even though they offer that option. Found that the cart drivers who are in a hurry usually go through pretty fast when you let them in front of you here. So enjoy the walk let the cart guys go through. It makes for a better day than getting rushed by a bunch of cart Riders. Nice scenery around this course usually makes walking fun. Whether you cart ride or walk you will enjoy this course. So give it a try. Stays pretty busy all the time. So bring your patience.

it's an ok golf course but the owner is very disrespectful . are cart brokedown at hole 7 and the owner drove out and refused to give us a new cart or refund us and wouldn't drive us back down on his cart and made us WALK all the way back. walking is not a bother but my mother is pregnant so is was hard on her. another incident happened when me and my 7 year old cousin were biking on the course past closing hours. he said we weren't allowed on the course and made us WALK instead of bike all the way off the course.

The course is good for the money but they over book. You have 5 and 6 people in a group. People hit 4 to 5 shots off the same tee. It took me 4 1/2 hours to play 18 today and I was by my self. There is no golf edict. I was almost hit 2 times no one yelled 4 no sorry or anything. And it is not the first time I had these problem here.
