Cookies with an Accent

First time here and absolutely delish! With this being a food truck, they only have a limited menu, but it's very delish! We got our elders vanilla bean ice cream! Everything came out so goood! We enjoyed it really wel!!

This was our first time visiting Cookies with an Accent and what a delightful treat on this hot Friday afternoon. We ended up driving by them twice because we weren't expecting a food truck. They have a nice set up with several picnic tables. They have limited options, with only 6 cookies and 5 ice cream flavors. We ordered the three ice cream sandwiches - snickerdoodle cookie with cookies n cream ice cream, chocolate cookies with chocolate ice cream, and sugar chewy cookie with peach cobbler ice cream. The cookies are thick, chewy, and rich. The cookies n cream and chocolate ice creams were our favorite flavors. The peach cobbler ice cream by itself was a bit plain but the combination was delicious! We will visit when we are back in the area!

I didn't know this dessert food truck existed until I joined the Lake Norman Curbside Restaurants Facebook Group. Wow - I'm so glad we found them!CWAA is only open Friday through Sunday, and we visited shortly after their opening at 2pm on Sunday. (Tip - they often sell out before closing time, so go early!) my husband and I both had ice cream sandwiches - mine with latte cookies and milky chocolate ice cream, and my husband's with double chocolate cookies and vanilla bean ice cream. My cookies were a bit crispier than my husband's, and I think I prefer the chewier cookies. But both were honestly delicious. They are about the size of your palm, and filled with a generous scoop of ice cream. I needed the spoon they gave me to eat mine, but my husband at his with his fingers. There wasn't a long line, and we were served almost immediately. They take Apple Pay, too - yay!We'll most definitely return!

This has been one of the coolest finds for me this summer. A friend recommended we swing by for dessert one night after we'd been sitting on the D9 patio. I had no idea this truck existed, but I've since brought my sister and her fiance. They've got a few parking spots out front, picnic tables, and music playing for people staying to eat. The space is so well done.The cookies and ice cream are even more amazing. I've had the Lemon Cookie (V) with Vanilla Ice Cream and the Chewy Sugar Cookie with Peach Cobbler Ice Cream. The Peach Cobbler Ice Cream is incredible. I loved the unique combination. Insanely good prices too. Love love love the concept and the treats.

Well, it really is as good as everyone says! The hype is real! The ice cream is maybe some of the best I've had, definitely homemade. The cookies are soft and chewy but perfect to hold up to that ice cream!Easy to order and a cute little food truck. The proprieters were so kind and very efficient! We enjoyed ours at the picnic tables beside the truck.What a fun summer treat!

We found this ice cream truck through a local.media and thought "ice cream"This silver truck was parked well back, but visible from Old Statesville and HWY 73 opposite CVS.We were immediately served by a very polite young lady and the guy in the back was friendly.They gave recommendation and we went for the Strawberry and Chocalate cookie sandwich. Delicious They have several flavor and various fresh cookies options.We will return and I put the word out in my subdivision. There will be a line next time for sure. Friday through Sunday.

Great cookies. Wow! I had an ice cream sandwich made of two chocolate chip cookies and chocolate ice cream. Great size, big bites but still able to be handheld! I look forward to going back to this little food truck

Great food truck addition to the neighborhood. Loved the home made ice cream and cookies. Great flavors and friendly service. Can't wait to try them all.

The icecream and cookies are amazing. The lady and gentleman that work there are super nice. No way to improve on the experience.
