Compare Foods

The newest location of Compare foods is large and well organized. This grocery store has produce, frozen foods, fresh meat and has a couple food stalls, and a coffee bar. I walked the entire store and was extremely happy with the selection. Since the store is so new, a lot of the items don't have prices up yet. I felt like compared to other international markets. The produce prices were little higher than I would like. I did buy a few items And would come back in the future.I was most excited about the food stalls. The guys at the Venezuelan food stall were so helpful. They were able to translate the food items for us and even let us sample some things. We did buy a lunch plate with goat, yellow rice, and beans. My dad really enjoyed the plate. The coffee/drink food stall also serves ice cream, but it wasn't available yet. Service was ok, you go up and order food but if you do not speak Spanish it's a bit difficult to order and know what to get. Ambiance is ok, it's a grocery store. Food is really good and the reason why I would go. I got the chicken tacos and they filled it with chicken!

I went here for the first time the other day and I loved it. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything from the produce to the meat looked really fresh! Not to mention it's super affordable I got a whole basket of produce and some other items for $25.The only thing I would say is make sure you thoroughly check the berries I picked up one that turned bad the next day, but it's always a hot or miss with fresh produce. I'll definitely be back!

"If you expect nothing from anybody, you're never disappointed"After seeing previews of this store on social media, I had high hopes. In the end, it's just a supermarket. This location is incredibly bright, very clean, and well organized. That being said, it's a bit on the small side and the selection is not what I was expecting. I visited early on a Sunday morning so the prepared food section was not fully loaded and the coffee shop looked as it was just opening. So I didn't get to try either of them. A little detail which is at the Arrowwood location is the country flags that marked specific items. Maybe this location will add them later. All and all, this visit was a lil bit of a let down.

Went for tacos but the line was way too long ended up going to el puro maybe try another day
