Love this hidden gem right in the center of Latta Arcade. My friend told me about the CBD/THC cookies they sale so I had to come by and snag a bag. Let me tell you that everyone in this place knows their stuff. I believe the lady that helped me was Theresa/Teresa. She listened to my sphill and helped match me to something I didn't even know I needed as well as the cookies I wanted. Love this shop.

On 8/4/23, the store sold CBD cookies (250 mg) to a 14 year-old. The cookies were shared among 4 friends. Two became very ill. One had to be treated at the hospital. On 8/8/23, the parents went to the store to speak with the owners. The person working took the parents' information and said the owners would call them. To date (8/10/23), the owners have not contacted the parents for discussion. This is an indication that the owners care more about making money than the safety of the children of our community. Why would a product with 250 mg of marijuana be sold to a child? The item is kept in a case, by the way, and had to be retrieved by the worker. Why didn't the worker ask the child to verify her age? This decision of Community CBD to sell CBD products to children could affect many children in our community and could very well be deadly.

Best CBD shop in Charlotte! Products are amazing and the team is extremely knowledgeable. When you're there you truly get a family vibe. Hands-down, best staffing as well as customer service.

I was disappointed in the product as well as the customer service. I explained my difficulty with sleeping and products I have tried. I was shown the 30mg gummies ($50)and I was assured they would work the first night. I returned several days later with the bottle and receipt.No returns AND I was told I should either take several (I did and still no results) or buy their other product that was stronger.Why wasn't I offered that in the first place. I will try it, but I'll purchase elsewhere. Disappointed.

Community CBD is exactly what we were looking for! Fair prices and a great location. Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend making a stop here when in Charlotte! We'll be back!
